We were in terminal b in the Philly airport and my husband went to get me a cord. when he came back he asked me to check my credit card to double check how much they charged because the guy was acting odd at the register. I check and sure enough he charged $54 dollars for a single universal charging cord that he told my husband was $15.

I went back and first he told me that it’s the airport and everything is expensive. Which was a huge turn off. He then refunded me $20 which means the cord still cost $34 which is insane. I truly did not have the energy to go back and forth with him and I think he could tell that. Just tell people what you’re charging and...

These posts are kind of funny to read. I looked them up not to post, but to figure out which earbuds I purchased because I threw the instructions and box away. Let me save you the effort of reading all these posts. This is an airport kiosk that probably pays astronomical rent. So yes, the pricing is high! You are all getting a discount to make you feel better, the pitch is obvious when you shop, so sorry if you felt special. Yes, these are $20 non-noise canceling earbuds that they sell for $200 and knock $50 so you don't feel robbed. And finally, you're at the airport, lost or forgot your buds or other gear, so your not gonna read reviews before your emergency purchase. I assume this applies to all their other well-stocked products....

The Airport should be aware of their vendors activity & behavior. I was there on July 4th and purchased JBL Headphones for my grandson and it was a very unpleasant unprofessional exchange. There are no prices on the products. He quotes you an extreme price and then offers you a 50% discount. But after the purchase the details on the receipt are totally different. HE IS A TRUE SCAM ARTIST. He did the same exchange with a woman before me. The final price that you pay for the product is 1000% more than the product cost anywhere else. This kiosk should not be allowed to sell in the airport. I wish i could give negative stars. ...
