Read morecame here for 5sos, had vip soundcheck. the whole thing was horribly managed and the heat conditions were insane. security had no idea what they were doing. most of them were a-holes. people were throwing up and trying not to pass out. once vip was let in, there was a single line for food/water. ONE line. for 700 people. water that was 5 DOLLARS. there were a dozen stands filled with coolers and drinks but nobody was manning them so everyone had to wait for ages to get water. standing even longer in the 90+ degree weather. i understand they cant control the weather but they most definitely can take better care of their guests. the worst concert experience ive ever had, and ive been to many concerts. they were all saying safety was their top priority but my mother was on the brink of heat stroke and had to leave. and another thing, what the hell was the point of giving all of vip numbers when they were just going to split us up into different lines going through security. and then proceed to yell at everyone (young, overheated, dehydrated girls) to go line up and enter the lawn by their number, when we were going to be standing wherever we wanted anyways. people were still waiting in line for WATER and the bathroom when dudes were screaming for us to go in single file line by out numbers. it made absolutely no sense and everyone was...
Read moreI took my daughter's to watch a band play. I waited in my truck. Security that was working the event was just useless. I think they hire security persons who can just wear a uniform and can stand around. I was amazed to see that they removed there walk thru metal detectors an hour and a half before the concert was to end. Then they had two security guards move from outside of the entrance to inside the entrance. I guess there job is so tedious that the guards decided to sit down on chairs. By this time I observe anyone who wanted to leave and enter the concert was able to without any intervention from security. With the all the mass shootings happening everywhere, you would think they would have top notch security working. They should also hire Philadelphia Police for these concerts. I guess there to cheap to care about the people who attend their events. Also, why don't they have some porta pottys outside the entrances for people who are waiting inline and for entrance to the venue and for people who are just waiting outside for...
