Cafe Breezes — Restaurant in Philadelphia

Daughter ordered a side of fettuccine Alfredo that was served in styrofoam. It was inedible but they offered to redo it. It took too long the first time so we opted out but they didn’t remove the charge. It tasted like salt was dumped in large quantities by accident & served anyway. Broccoli served with melted butter and mashed potatoes were good. Chicken ranch was just cooked chicken breast sliced with store bought ranch salad dressing poured over it. It was supposed to be “soooo good.” It was not. Bartender was super friendly…..Highlight of the visit except for the chicken ranch recommendation. Beer taps were just “for show.” Upon exiting, a man who was visiting with the owner (Loudly) followed us outside (with my 13 year old present,) he used profanity (however friendly) and offered to sell us some drugs. We politely declined and walked...

I haven't been here since waaaaay before the pandemic. My cousin and I decided to hang here one night and it still has the GREAT VIBES it had years ago. Nothing like frequently and knowledgeable bartenders. Tory and Ab (I think I have his name wrong) we're super quick and courteous. Even the other customers were friendly. Everyone just having a good time!! The lights were most definitely a little too bright..nothing like a low light vibe to set the mood off. It felt like it was LAST CALL the entire time I was there...set the mood guys...we ALL can still see with them...

The catfish nuggets and fries ARE BOMB! When I was there for a gathering, it took over an hour, AN HOUR, to get two platters. I was initially told 40 min... Went up to pick them up after 40 min, and another person told me again, it would be 40 min. I told her that's impossible because I just waited 40 min... Ugh... The last visit, I called ahead, and picked up, and it was ready within 35 min! AWESOME!!!! The bartenders are great and friendly -SO...
