New Star Express Pizza — Restaurant in Philadelphia

I ordered my food at 9:02pm on Monday 03/08/2021 and it was a fairly big order as I was ordering for my family. We have ordered from here before. First and foremost the woman who answered the phone was completely unprofessional. Constantly asking is that it while someone is ordering a group order Can be annoying. When my order is finished I will let you know! But she didn’t ask for a phone number to contact or read the order back to us just hung up after she gave us a total. So we waited for an hour and a half before calling because our food was not delivered still. The guy answered the phone asked for the address and said our food was already out for delivery. So we waited 20 more minutes and called back asking where the delivery guy was considering we don’t live more than 5 minutes from the store by car. At first when he answered he said they were closed until I told him I was still waiting for the delivery and then they said he’d be out in 5 minutes. So of course no delivery driver another 15 minutes later. Called and of course It was 11 by then so the store was closed. No one ever delivered my food and Im wondering whether the woman ever wrote my order down. Me and my family have agreed to stop ordering from here because it’s always a woman on the phone with an attitude taking your order and between them messing up orders and just not delivering it’s...

This is my third time ordering from Star Express Pizza, and unfortunately, each time I’ve had to deal with extremely disrespectful customer service from the person answering the phone.

Today, I placed an order and spoke with Miss Aaliyah, who was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. When I asked to speak with a manager, she told me there was no manager on site and that he would not be in for another four hours. I then asked to speak to someone else, and she said I could only speak to her, asking me, “Do you want your food or not?” She continued with a rude tone while I was simply trying to explain how I wanted my order prepared, then told me she’s “not a little girl” and that she “doesn’t really care.”

This is not the first bad experience I’ve had here. The last time I ordered, I was told my wait time would be 30 minutes, but my food took 68 minutes to arrive—and when it finally did, it was burnt. Every single time I call, I get a disrespectful response from whoever answers the phone.

Star Express Pizza seriously needs to address its customer service issues. The food can’t make up for the way customers are treated. I will be calling back in four hours to speak...

Fell off so bad. Ok so I'm a buffalo wing fanatic. I rarely order buff's from new places because they are sure to be soft and jiggly :( Well i went out on a limb 4 years ago and have loved them for the entire 4 years. Now!!!!.... whole other story. My wings are never cooked to perfection like before. They are always soft and jiggly. I try to order them dry with the sauce on the side... nope. Cooked well done dry with the sauce in the side. Yes!!!! Well a few times. This place has lacked consistency as of the beginning of this year. Delivery is always within good timing, The delivery drivers are such a pleasure, the girls that answer the phones are polite. The food here is now a gamble. The pizza crust is non existent its to so flat barely any sauce or cheese. The chz steaks are chewy. The last few times i ordered i had to ask for my steak to be cooked well and of course they didn't listen. I just want them to listen. I don't want my chicken still clucking and my beef still mooing. Come on now the fries are either always burnt or dry and sticky. What are yal doooing!!!!!? My feelings...
