Kids Paradise Daycare — Attraction in Philadelphia

Yesterday Ana reached out to me to assist me with scheduling a tour today. She was very nice and helpful and that’s the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1. When I showed up for my tour today, the ladies at the front were so rude and nasty that I left and didn’t even want the tour anymore. They ignored me when I walked in and when I went up to let them know Ana scheduled me for a 6pm tour the first woman says “Oh I don’t do tours.” Then the two ladies proceeded to go back and fourth with each other saying how they both don’t do tours and telling the other to “ask the cooks” or “to find someone” and kept asking me who told me to come. My son has been going to this daycare since he was 10 months old! The teachers here are super attentive with the kiddos. Ms.Yenny is an exceptional teacher. Felt like I was leaving him with a family member! My son is now 15 months & he is now with Ms. Melissa who has been the best for my baby.
