I've been coming here for year's, and Krystal is a good doctor, but I felt a little rushed on Tuesday, despite the fact that I was the only one in the lobby and a family came in after my appointment, so I did not understand the rush. You should never feel rushed in any medical appointment. Your insurance company and you pay a lot of money to get good care, and that should always be the case. Now, I am disappointed and a bit scared because I don't know what is happening with my eyes. It could be so many things. This did upset me because I wanted to explain that I had a real bad episode of blurry vision that really scared me. I am happy to report that the receptions, this time, were pleasant and respectful, which is not often the case. The receptionist that helped me with the field test knew what she was doing, which reflected on my good field test. It was nice that they welcomed me with a smile, and I appreciate that. I hate to say it, but the gentleman that works with the glasses is not a pleasant person, and could be rude at times, especially dealing with health insurance issues, which is a bad reflection on this eye center. Read moreSo I can say that it started kind of rough and I was ready to not give this office a try, I kept getting messages that drove me crazy upset about wether or not I had an appointment, but finally I went in today 9/20/24 and I can’t complain the whole staff was so generous and kind working together to assist the patients. I was satisfied with the communication they had and patience with my 3 year old. Hopefully I can call this place my new home for me n my kids eyes. Read moreI've had the unfortunate pleasure of being a patient here for the last 8 years. The customer service has always been terrible. Front desk is very rude. Even with an appointment, you're always waiting forever. I was always willing to look past all of this. The last straw for me was when I had an emergency and was told to come in right away. However, after I was on my way to the office, I received a call from the rude receptionist telling me not to come in anymore because I wouldn't be able to be seen, unless I waited until the last patient was seen, (I understand their are other patients and busy schedule however that should’ve been said before telling me to come in and driving over a half hour to get there) despite this being an emergency. OverallI I would not recommend this place to anyone. You're better off finding a place that actually cares about their patients and values their time.
