Look Great MD — Attraction in Philadelphia

I made an appoint here almost 2 weeks ago over the phone, which they made me pay for the full service in advance which was almost 400, ( i thought this was a red flag especially because a friend of mine got the same procedure and they didnt ask her to do this ) .. I should of knew right then somthing wasnt right .. So now we are 2 weeks later canceled my appointment not even an hr after it was made and gia the girl who ran my card and was so eager to get my card info lied and told me she wasnt going to run it i Untill the end of the day .. . so 2 weeks later i payed for a service i never received .. As soon as "gia" found out i canceled she decieded to ignore my text and phone calls after running my card ( mind you she was texting me repeatly before hand knowing i was at work ).... And i have yet to have anyone call me with an explanation besides someone who sent me a picture of a receipt with no text from a random number .. So ive been trying to to be professional and calm but my patients are waring thin .. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy .. I was told "lindsay is sapposed to be calling me back for days .. However she never did .. And she is out for the weekend .. And 400$ is alot of money to have playing games with no answers .. So if you wany money taken out of your Account with no corncerns or attempts of any explanations or refunds for weeks this is your place huge turnoff and extremely unprofessional, this is how they treat new clients ? .. On and upside the front desk lady is really nice since i call her everyday .. But i guess she has to be ... Save yourself the hassel dont even bother .. There many of these places that are extremely professional and dont have to pay over the...

I got coolsculpting performed here a year ago and it was a botched procedure. I had terrible pain after it which they said was normal although I’ve gotten coolsculpting performed months prior at a different office and experienced minimal pain. Not only did I have pain that was severe enough for them to call me in a nerve blocker, I am now left with a huge lump and I’m lopsided. In attempt to look for an answer I had to call and visit this location three separate times until I was taken seriously. And even then I still was offered no real solution except more coolsculpting by them! And there is no way I was going to let them perform anymore procedures on me. I went to see another plastic surgeon in Voorhees last week and he told me that they way they applied the paddles was incorrect and didn’t follow the natural contours of someone’s abdomen and they must have not been properly trained! When I told Look Great MD this they simply said that person no longer worked for them! But the damage is already done. Now I’m left disfigured and out $1,000, on top of that being offered no real solution.

To top this all off when i asked for my before pictures, I was told they were thrown out. Which legally speaking they have to keep medical records for a minimum of 5-7 years in New Jersey.

Never will I place trust in these...
