The plaza itself was lovely. However I went into the Party City there and had wait more than 20 minutes for service. I saw one lady walk behind the counter to get her own balloons because nobody was there to grab them. Another lady stated she waited so long she had to go down the aisles to find someone to help her. Then when the guy asked for help from another employee he was ignored. After that everyone seemed to show up as the manager came out to help behind the counter. They don't have much in the way of variety of balloons because they were out of stock. If they did have it you had to wait to see if it wasn't half popped. Another customer wandered through the store for a half hour waiting for her balloons to be blown up even though she had already paid for her items.
