What make a place super great, is the employee's. They give excellent service at all times. I just started shopping there since this pandemic. Because the City of Philadelphia, car jacked me. So I have no vehicle, they claimed I abandoned my vehicle in the middle of a quarantine. Thank YOU JESUS: My Granddaughter been doing all the driving since the City of Philadelphia, stoled my vehicle... To GOD: Be The Glory Forevermore In CHRIST JESUS ALONE: She's doing Uber Eats for me and groceries. She's the best, thank YOU FATHER GOD:

I loved the price!!! I don't know how they make stuff this cheap. I hope I can shop there all the time. I walked 4 miles to each the place and I didn't regret it. I bought cheese, yogurt and bread. I wish I can take more advantage but I couldn't eat more than these. It's located a little far to other shopping are like Walmart supercenter and target. But if you are driving, I suggest save the groceries purchase at ALDI simply because it is wallet friendly unless you are a loyal target of Walmart member:-)

I go shopping food every week over here. Unbelievable the prices so cheap than any market I went to, and a lot of good food I couldn’t get from any place. Love it .now it open back after closing couple months to fixed. The store get bigger after took space next door- used to Be Good Will- fresh, clean, comfortable when I just got into the door. Everything more organized and easy to find . Staffs are so friendly, helpful and do fast ! Special at cashiers. So happy this store around my area. Be back soon!

Today ! My 80 yr old Mother asked me to take her shopping/ i always do : ) soooo after we had 500$ & 2 carts of groceries.. we made it to checkout.. a woman in between the area we was . by accident she dropped a jar of pickles… as me & my Mom was Already in the checkout and unloading our groceries onto the conveyor belt.. one of the employees.. extremely loud. .. says to ME for me to move because someone was coming to pick up the glass and clear up the pickle juice and pickles… again we are literally unloading the carts.. on the belt.. I asked my mom to go stand aside.. she has extreme COPD, and I did not want her unloading the cart. I noticed she was heavy breathing…. So as I am finishing unloading Her cart first. That same woman said at the top of her lungs to me. She walked around two in my face and said I said watch out. I’m trying to clean this mess up and work at the same time I said, and I’m trying to unload my mother’s groceries…. Where the pickle broken door was was about 10 feet away from where we was but she wanted me to stop what I was doing because she said so… so I ignored her.. and then she said, did you hear me! Move! Meanwhile, she had no bucket, no mop or anything to pick the boys up with.. that was again about 10 feet away from our check out.. and we was not the ones that broke the pickle jar .. this entire situation had nothing to do with us… but this woman was harassing us .. the third time she yelled.. I already told you to stop what you’re doing and move… and then I yelled I’m helping my mother… out of nowhere’s, this elder employee, dressed like a man.. at the top of her lungs, louder than the other woman said, who are you speaking to.. my mother than says that’s enough with all this we’re just trying to pay for our groceries.. the older white woman that’s dressed like the man said to me you better hope I don’t see you outside.. I’ll show you would think you’re too I said what did you say? And then she said we’re trying to do a job and clean up this mess? And this lady wants to harass us meeting me anyhow the customers from the other all comes over to me and ask me am I OK and they recommend that I called the police cause I was being harassed and verbally abuse by the Aldi employees… she said I am very sorry for this. She said I am the woman that dropped a pickle jar. I don’t know why they’re harassing you and your mother it’s not even near use…. Anyways, Security came and babysat my mother and me as we paid for the groceries and then brought them over to the side and had a bag of groceries and then reload them back into the cart there was no manager nobody intervened, and nobody told the truth screaming aldi assholes get away from us, or to stop their employees from screaming.. we got no apologies… and it was extremely a bizarre crazy evil situation!!! at the same time. My mother got a phone call. Her elder husband was being released from the hospital… this was an exciting moment.. besides, the fact, we were just screamed at on the top of the employees lungs and the one employee wanted to fist fight me…

It’s 2024 everybody talks about there’s no respect anymore in the world is in chaos. The one woman was in her late 40s and the other lady had to be in her early 70s. The Aldi employees… It is an excusable behavior. It was very unprofessional… They both behaved like they were PO’s working in a jail .. unsupervised.. they behaved how they felt like it, and they got away with it!!! Sickening!!!

They are Disturbed & deranged people .

Trailer trash losers! Moral : I tell my mother all the time I can’t stay going on the other side of Broad Street.. we go to the ShopRite& Aldi regularly on this side of Broad Street.. going to that Aldi location on front and Oregon Avenue as well as the ShopRite on third and Oregon Avenue. I think they have the same employees. And they just rotate stores… very disrespectful, ignorant ass people Screaming at customers that spent thousands of dollars a month!!

They think they’re home!! And I have no consequence… WE will never go back to...

This used to be my top 1 favorite grocery store in PA. I gave to Aldi a 5 star review when they first opened. Now, after almost a decade of shopping there and experiencing the absolute degrade of this grocery store, I've decided to edit my previous review. I know all groceries got a lot more expensive worldwide for the inflation after the pandemic and the war...that was understood...but now the issue is the QUALITY of the things I used to buy that are now pretty bad. We've always bought their organic milk since they opened and it was really good. Recently (the last year or so) their organic milk tastes like baby formula (do some reseaech on that), one of the main reasons i went there was the milk. I used to buy really nice brown eggs (the most expensive they had) and they were really good quality: the yulk was orange (not yellow) and very solid structure (didnt splatter)...now the eggs are double the price (and thats ok) but for the yellow, lower quality smushy/liquidy structure (which is not good). The meat: they are starting to treat meats with artificial red colors (lots of supermarkets do) and last time a bought a ribeye it bloated and weirdly doubled its thickness while cooking! That was so weird! Most of the time the packaging of the meats, (sometimes also the milk) are also inflated with gasses realeased by the meats (also look this one up, it's not good!), i addressed it to the manager who didn't seem to care much. And yeah i am talking a weirdly "ballooned" pakaged chicken! I used to trust this place a lot when it used to be a really good value for the quality but now i am shifting to other places for many products that are not worth shopping anymore and actually seriously unhealthy. Really...

People who live I the area are well aware of the overwhelming street work going on in the Whitman area !! The DM of this particular store , not to be confused with the Store Manager and the other employees of Aldi ?? This DM has taken it upon himself to start towing cars off of HIS lot starting in July of 2017 !! Without even considering that the people he is towing, make up about 65% of his daily and weekly shoppers... I hope that everyone will consider the inconvenience this 22 or 24 year old DM has imposed upon the residents of Whitman ?? That parking lot has existed for over 70 years, 4 different businesses leading up to Aldine !! Never ever has there been a problem with the cars parking there overnight.. I might add that this young man was not only fresh to my mother ?? He actually was successful in making my mom drop the "F" Bomb !!! Besides the fact that he lives in NJ with a driveway and probably a Heated Garage.. He has no clue what kind of impact this causes for the parking problem in the area..Nor does he care ?? I met him personally and was not impressed at all.. Not management material.. His words.. It's a Philadelphia problem ,NOT an Aldi problem.. With that being said ? I hope that everyone will join the countless number of people already boycotting this particular store ?? Until the DM changes the senseless Towing policy that he himself created... Any questions ?? Call Whitman Council and get them so To Aldi...
