Back-Health Chiropractic — Attraction in Phoenix

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Back in September 2018, my room had flooded and I was alone to pick up the heavy furniture. I made the awful mistake of putting all the weight into my back. I immediately felt a sharp pain go through my entire body and I could not walk straight for a couple of hours. As time went on, the pain would come and go. Some days it was worse than others but I had still not gone to the chiropractor (I will not make this mistake again). On Tuesday, as I was going to pick up something off the floor, the pain came back but worse than I had ever felt before. I wasn't able to walk/sit/stand without feeling a sharp pain. I immediately called Dr.G's office to make a last minute appointment in hopes they could squeeze me in and they did! Dr.G adjusted me and I felt better, I was still feeling pain but I could at least sleep comfortably that night before going to my next appointment the next day. After my second appointment, I could finally walk on my own again and it only got better as the day went on (which he predicted) but I was skeptical. Not anymore though! My husband and I are both personal trainers and fitness experts and have been patients of Dr. G’s for over 15 years. As athletes we’ve had our share of injuries throughout the years and Dr. G has been our miracle worker every time. It is rare to find a doctor who genuinely cares about his clients, is knowledgeable, thorough and committed. Simply put, he gets results. After 15 years he still treats us with the same care as he did on my first visit. I recently experienced one of the worse and untimely injuries in my fitness career. I injured my knee, which left me unable to walk and I was scheduled for a fitness performance in 2 weeks. I was devastated. Dr. G figured out the problem and I was able to heal myself just in time for my fitness event. Once again, he saved the day. If you’ve had a bad experience in past with chiropractors, or you have skepticism about whether it works, Dr. G will make you a believer! Dr G is not an ethical businessman! I am being harassed by him over a payment which we agreed on. I am assuming because of the lack of business during covid he has decided to change the terms of our agreement! When I wrote him and explained that I would be paying off the $900 at $100 per month he sent the bill to collections and charged me full price! I know times are tough for people in this world right now but this is not the way you do business with a long-standing customer who has referred a plethora of clients, some of which see him on a daily basis! Shame on you Dr G, had I known you were this petty I would have never visited your business! If you are involved in an accident and are seeing Dr G, just know you have full control over dealing with the insurance companies and how much money you will receive you DO NOT need to go through Dr. G!
