Nice establishment, or one would think. I was there today 10/27/2018, from 8am until 4:40pm. Sometime while I was there (first time here, mind you) there was an act of random vandalism towards my car. You would think because it’s a decent neighborhood, that you wouldn’t have to worry about something like this, But unfortunately not. The manager who is able to view the footage, won’t be in until Monday. So until I get footage, I’ll keep the rating as is. ASIDE from this vandalism, their staff is excellent. The inside is nice and comfortable, and the coffee is exceptional. I look forward to hearing back from management, about their footage. Here are the pictures of the nice new scratches to my 1 year old paint job.

Even though it is not a 5 star resort it gets 5 stars from me for a great over all experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had checked out and they were able to find a lost item for me. The location is great. It is right off 51 and quick to the airport, downtown and Scottsdale. Across the street is a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Fryes and lots of restaurants in walking distance. It is free self parking so getting away is easy. The pool and grill area is small but nice and free breakfast is good. The size any layout is great, it is bigger then my first studio in LA. I have stayed here multiple times for work and it is a great choice

I really like the location of this hotel, very convenient and is within 5-10 minutes walking distance to surrounding stores and restaurants. It’s also 10 minutes to downtown/airport. The room is very spacious and has a perfectly equipped kitchen that is very super suitable for anyone who is staying for a longer period. They also offer free breakfast and 24/7 free coffee/tea and complimentary fruits available at the lobby. The downside I would say that it is really quite an old hotel. The elevator was out of service the 3 nights while I was there and the gym was very tiny with only cardio equipments available.

The feeling you will experience here is exactly what it takes to feel right at home, and that feeling is what gives Homewood Suites the reputation they are known for.

I spend 100% of my time traveling. Last year alone, I had 97 hotel stays! I believe that qualifies me to expand the reputation of this hotel experience to the Five Stars it absolutely deserves. From the very moment of walking into the front door, a feeling is exactly what I felt. It was one of warmth and deep satisfaction in choice. The check-in process was seamless, expedited, and came with a smile. Welcoming me to the hotel, thanking me for my choice, and providing directions to every detail of my stay. Hector was the team member that performed my check-in and he was at the front desk many other nights of my stay. Very informative and always smiling, he knows his job very well and his method of delivery increases your confidence in him and the information provided. As you settle into your room, all the conveniences of home are a part of your stay. A kitchen with all the utensils, cookware, and place-ware you will need to prepare any type of meal you please. A living room with a comfortable sofa, arm chair, ottoman and large screen television. Windows that open which allow fresh air when you feel the need. A bedroom that also has opening windows as well as a very comfy bed, another armchair, full length mirror, closet and another flat screen television. A vanity that is separated from the bathroom and shower area. There is not a room with a bad location. All are quiet and the night of good rest that you seek will certainly come. The breakfast was different almost every morning of my stay. The breakfast staff very cheerful even at 6:00 am. My stay was not an average one of 5+ nights but rather consisted of one stay of 13 days and then another of 15 days with a week away between them. Each day that I passed through the front area, it seemed that Rhonda was always there and with a great big contagious smile. Having experienced some troubles of my own, she assisted in every way possible. Most people are problem oriented in that they address the problem and leave it at that. Rhonda is very much a solutions oriented person and helpful in eery aspect of your stay. Those moments that I did not see Rhonda, Annette was there in place and came with the same helpful attitude, always with a smile, and always with a funny little line to bring a smile to your face. As I mentioned in the beginning of this review, it is the feeling that makes home and the staff is great about creating that feeling. Jenn will be at your call in the late evening moments and will provide the support you need for just about any situation that can occur. 24 hours of sincere and genuine hospitality are within your reach. Parking is plentiful, well lit, and safe. The hotel location is walking distance to grocery stores, pet stores, fast food places, restaurants, auto detail just about any thing else you may need for your stay. Minutes from downtown, Fashion Valley Mall, Sky Harbor and Camelback Mountain. Whatever your likening, you are center to it all.

How much more can I say about this property? Plenty! In short, Homewood Suites PHX-Biltmore creates the feeling that puts 'Home' in Homewood! A flagship for the Hilton chain, this hotel will by no means disappoint you!

This is the second time we stayed here. The room was spacious and very clean. We got the king bed suite with kitchen. We were on a long, long road trip so it was nice that after a long day of traveling together I could stretch out in the bedroom and my husband could kick back in the living/dining room and we could have be apart for a little while. We had a good size refrigerator with a separate freezer so we could pile all of our ice blocks in it. It was a great place to stay a length of time since we spent a few days here visiting friends/family.||The staff was all welcoming and professional but their was one woman (African-American) who worked the night and the early, early shift who went over and beyond (I wish I had gotten her name). On Sunday, the breakfast starts 30 minutes later than the week days (at 7:00 am). We didn’t realize that and had gotten up extra early to hit the road. When we came downstairs and discover that we had the breakfast time wrong - she went out of her way to help us get some cold selections (cereal, bagels, coffee, juice, etc) together so we didn’t have to wait. She was more than helpful and went into to the kitchen to see what could be done and kept checking with us to make sure we had what we needed.||45 minutes later when we were checking out, she was transitioning with other staff members to head home. Truly...

I would consider out stay mediocre. I did feel the room was clean. The carpet seemed new. I thought the decor could really use some improvement. Kitchen cabinets were banged up and, if updated, they could really make the kitchen seem very nice. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were truly awful. Service was fair. The front desk was there and not unfriendly but not overly friendly. The grab and go breakfast was better some days than others and I felt it could really be improved and could show more consistency. There is no housekeeping unless you asked. We called for towels, dish soap (yes, there was a dishwasher and dishes but no way to wash them!), toilet paper and a blanket one morning at 7:30. Those were not brought to us by late afternoon and we had to call again. These are the types of customer service issues that leave a bad taste with us. We hated that the bathroom light switch was outside the bathroom. That does not make sense at all. The blanket on our bed appeared to be a mattress pad substituting for a blanket. There was no way it was large enough to cover two people. Once we got a real blanket things were much more comfortable but that was something we had to ask for. The hotel is in a great location and could be really awesome but just does not quite...
