Chic Nails — Attraction in Phoenix

CHIC NAILS IS NOT MY ORIGINAL NAIL SALON. FOR NAILS ONLY WAS CLOSED ON 12/02/18 DUE TO A FUNERAL AND NEEDED TO FIND A CLOSE LOCATION TO FIX ONE OF MY NAILS ASAP. I CAME ACROSS CHIC NAILS. I HAVE MY OWN ORIGINAL NAILS AND I GET THE SNS . THE MAN WHO SITS IN THE FRONT RIGHT HAND WHEN WALKING IN I CAN TELL YOU NOW THAT HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. HE WAS A HOT MESS. DROPPING EVERYTHING. UNORGANIZED. FLUTTERED. I WASN'T COMFORTABLE AT ALL. HE KEPT MESSING UP ON MY WHITE NAILS. TWO OF MY NAILS ARE GOLD W/GLITTER. ONE IS SEE THUR AND THE OTHER ONE IS REALLY GOLD. I ASKED HIM TO MAKE THEM LOOK THE SAME AND HE SAID "IM NOT FINISHED" YET WHEN HE WAS FINISHED AND DIDN'T FIX THAT. HE WAS TOO ROUGH WITH MY HANDS. CLEARLY THE MANAGER WAS LOOKING AT HOW FRUSTRATED I WAS. BECAUSE OF ALL THE COMMENTS THAT I WAS MAKING. I WENT TO PAY AND THE MANAGER ASKED IF I WANTED TO ADD THE TIP...... I LOOKED STRAIGHT INTO HIS EYES SHOWED HIM MY NAILS AND TOLD HIM "MY NAILS DON'T LOOK LIKE THEY DESERVE A TIP". YET THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN ASK FOR MY NAILS TO BE FIXED. WELL THANK GOD I DIDN'T GIVE THE TIP BECAUSE 2 HOURS AFTER I LEFT THIS RIDICULOUS PLACE THE TOP COAT THAT THEY USE FOR SNS STARTED PEELING OFF!!! 3 DAYS LATER ALL OF MY NAILS TOP COAT ARE STARTING TO COME OFF. MY NAILS LOOK SO UGLY IT'S SAD. I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES W/SNS. NOR THE COLORS I CHOOSE. I ALWAYS GET WHITE AND NEVER HAVE I EVER LEFT MY NAIL SALON WITH MY WHITE NAILS HAVING ANOTHER COLOR BLENDED IN!!! DO YOURSELVES A FAVOR AND DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE. SPEND YOUR MONEY ON A NAIL SALON THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING. GO TO FOR NAILS ONLY ON 44TH ST. & THOMAS @ THE FRYS PLAZA. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. THEY ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT...

This place is soooo horrible words can't even describe how unprofessional and rude the man is at this shop I go in ask if they do a fill he say no we don't do that I proceed to ask what they do he tell me to read the wall now if I wanted to read the wall I would have I asked you and you could of had the audacity to reply instead of "look at the wall " the next day I wanted my polished changed because herbal nails did a HORRIBLE job I called ahead to ask if they have gel polish he says I don't know what you want we don't have time. Like come on dude I walk past your shop everyday on my way to work this place LITERALLY has NO customers sooo what don't you have time for? .if there was a negative 0 stars that's exactly what this business deserves mark my words this business might have lasted "10 years" but it will go out of business very soon it don't matter if it's owned by the rude man customer service is everything and you definitely lack there of. No wonder you have no customers in your chairs this store is ALWAYS dead only 2 people I ever seen go inside & most other people walk out because of the rudeness best of luck because you will not last long...

What a gave five stars at first until after I found out how they are about fixing things when it’s on their part went there a day ago and got my nails eyebrows and toenails done everything looks beautiful not even a day later my nail chip went to call them because I can’t make it in we can I go on my sisters trip tomorrow for my sisters wedding you could see why I’d be upset they won’t even credit me or help me out knowing that I have no way in today can you get my nail fixed they don’t want to help in any kind away unless I come in today which I obviously cannot because of work just seemed pretty rude did not seem to really care to help would not suggest getting nails painted they’re not the best quality nail polish literally doesn’t even last a day the lady told me on the phone it would last at least a day literally lasted literally the day that I got them done and they were chip the next day not worth the money quality here the lady that did my nails did good and was was very nice I asked for trying to please their clients and making people feel like they can come back and want to come back they are horrible a that would’ve totally came...
