Have you ever had trouble really reaching out to someone you cared about? I did. Did you ever want to help someone and not know exactly what to do? Me, too. But I changed.

I did the communication course at the Church, and here's what I found: It's easy to communicate when you are comfortable being with that person. This course has drills to accomplish that. You can talk and talk, but to be effective, you have to KNOW that you are reaching the person. This course has practical drills on this. How do you handle it when the person hasn't really understood you? Yes, these skills also have drills and all are available on one course. There's lots more, but if you're the kind to listen to some chicken little telling you every effort to improve yourself is hopeless or a scam, stay on the couch. I'm a member of a different Church but I really respect this organization. I agree with all of their principals and I appreciate their desire to help people. I don't understand how anybody can call this a cult when everyone is invited and anyone can join. The leaders of this Church teach their members to look for natural cures for the mind and body and they also understand the benefits of the ketogenic diet in conjunction with intermittent fasting.
