I started out very excited it's a beautiful location the menu is well put together the presentation is excellent. It's when I got my sandwich that the disappointment began. The menu states that the sandwich they ordered the overture is prime beef OSU sweet onion tomato lettuce horseradish sauce on a baguette. The lettuce was crispy the tomato was thinly sliced but excellent the sweet onion was barely perceptible the shredded lettuce was fresh and crisp but overabundant compared to the other toppings. But the biggest disappointment was the "baguette" which was nothing more than a cheap dry hoagie roll. The second disappointment came with how stingy they were on the meat I ordered a large drink and 8-in sandwich and the mustard potato salad side note the mustard potato salad is excellent. Overall I would give this place three stars nothing special. Promising presentation but disappointing in execution.

I've been here a couple times and this place might be great for some, but it's not for me. burned out staff- The plain clothes managers don't seem to want to be there. Especially the older man. Food- I've never thought my order was what I expected. For example my grilled cheese is more like warm toast with room temperature cheese in the middle. Maybe that's what people who come here want, but not me. No notable gluten free, vegetarian, or vegan options. Hygiene- Nobody who works here wears a mask.

I used to go to the Tempe location when I went to ASU and I’m so glad they have a one by me now. Great quality, reasonable prices, every sandwich includes a fresh cookie, and their daily specials are usually worth the try. Make sure to get their punch card, because you’ll be back.

I’ve lived in Arcadia for years but never noticed this spot until I saw it on TikTok last month and decided to give it a try. I ordered the Sacks Symphony, which seemed to be one of their most popular sandwiches. I was excited to see they offered sprouts, which are not usually offered at other sandwich places. I swapped the multigrain bread for sourdough, which was my only disappointment—it tasted more like soft white bread with a hint of sourness instead of a traditional hard crust, tough, sourdough. After adding a few toppings, I ended up with a delicious sandwich. The bacon was perfectly cooked, and the cream cheese was a standout!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and the place had a lively atmosphere, full of regulars. This seems like a very family oriented place and reminds me of a deli you’d find on the East Coast. I’ll definitely be back, though next time, I’ll stick with the whole grain or try the dill...

This is my second attempt to post a review, the first of which I'm sure was lost due to operator error. As previously noted I'm a many vist fan of this place and their sandwiches are universally excellent. However, on this occasion I ordered a Cobb Salad. Unfortunately the "chef" apparently didn't have even a basic comprehension of the components nor configuration of a Cobb salad. It was missing several items identified in the composition of a Cobb salad, including ham, hard boiled egg, avocado, and blue cheese. It also was simply arranged with a chronological arrangement; i.e. layers just stacked up, as opposed to the parallel rows specified for a Cobb salad. In short, if you want a Cobb salad, don't...
