I am in looovvveee with this poke chain- my Wsterfront location still ranks #1 but Arcadia is a close second.

I appreciate how fresh everything is and the portions are ample for what you pay- 3 sizes and maybe a kid's one?

The protein choices rock and are much more varied than other poke places.

The fresh veggies also have a nice selection- just a thought, I would be head over heels in love with your locations if you offered daikon radish (shredded in my favorite or sliced on a mandolin), carrots (marinated or not), asapargus (white, purple, or green), jicama (I love crunchy veggies), and mushrooms (enoki would be heavenly).

The pre seasoned salads are fabulous and I get all of them- (there seaweed salad is out of this world; exactly like Hawaii!)

The finishing toppings also offer nice choices: furikake, sesame seeds, crunchy onion and garlic. I also would be very happy to see crunchy wonton strips and lo-mein noodles as a topper as well.

The sauces are very well balanced and the waiters/waitresses are careful not to load too much sauce on rice, rice/salad, or your salad mix. I haven't found a sauce I don't care for and tried all but one or two. The sauces also aren't heavy on salt so you actually taste the sauce and your toppings not a mouth full of soya sauce.

Finally, who doesn't live mochi ice cream and beer/sake/fresh brewed tea!! Maybe bring the price of the machine to 3 for $5 please 😉

Sincerely, A Very Happy Poke...

I’m walking up and see “customers” eating pizza and think, ‘we’ll that different’. I walk pass them and walk to the register, and I’m looking around to see if someone is working. I thought ‘maybe they are in the back, or using the restroom.’. But they weren’t. I hear “are you here to order or here to pick up?!” And I turn around and it’s the blonde girl that was eating pizza with her friends.

I wanted to say, “does it matter?”, but I was just disgusted with her behavior that all I could say was ‘yes, and I’d like to add on to it”.

I ask questions about other salads they had and she was sooo annoyed that I was asking questions, and answered them in a way that made me look stupid. So, I just ask for more seaweed and she gives me a small amount. I’m like ‘really? You should’ve just went to sprouts for double that amount at the same price.”.

I am never going to any Koibeto Poke ever in my life. I’ll just...

I am not someone that writes reviews but today was the last straw for me with the terrible service! I am writing this about the poor service I have received time and time again from Eric(and if he wasn’t being honest about his name, he was working the Arcadia location on Tuesday the 26th at 3:30pm). I have gone to this location in Arcadia sooo many times and he has been there every time and I don’t know why I keep going back! He REFUSES to give you an ample amount of sauce even if you say you will pay for it. I pay $20 for a bowl, give me some sauce….but the overall attitude…this guy seriously needs to find a job working behind a computer where he is not directly helping people. I actually don’t know if I’ll ever go back again , I just can’t take his attitude anymore! Someone needs to...

Koibito Poke gets rave reviews for a reason. First impression was how clean it was, second impression was how friendly the young man who was working there was. He was predictive in what I, as the customer, wanted to select for my poke bowl before I pointed to the item. He has a gift. Now onto the food. Everything looked fresh and tasted great. I especially liked my sauce as it wasn’t too salty nor vinegary. I also got packets of lower sodium soy sauce. Good variety of drinks as well. Not many places have Perrier so I was impressed.

My favorite poke bowl spot in Phoenix! Not only do they have the best staff, but their ingredients are always fresh and flavorful. I love their sauces, especially mixing the spicy one with ponzu—it adds the perfect kick. They offer a ton of toppings, so you can really customize your bowl just the way you like it. The prices are really affordable, and the best part is that you leave feeling like you’ve had a healthy, satisfying meal. It’s a place I keep coming back to.
