Divine Charter & Bus Rentals Phoenix — Attraction in Phoenix

Hello, I would like to extend a huge thank you to several people who helped us yesterday to get home. First, Liz Jones. She was one of our drivers from Green Valley to Phoenix Airport. The 800 number I was given by Gerber Tour was not the correct company and they could not help me. Gerber never sent me our return drivers contact and I was trying to find out where they were. She was very kind to me and put me in contact with a gentleman who then put me in contact with a women who could get the info I needed. Unfortunately, I did not write either of their names down and do not remember what they were. This women found out that Gerber Tours gave them the wrong airline and flight #. Thankfully they were already at the airport waiting for us, but did not have my contact info. She was able to get me their numbers so we could arrange pick up. Both Jade Cooper and Tanisha Gomez were amazing to work with. They were so patient with us. I was traveling with 45 students and 17 adults. 36 of our bags did not make to Phoenix and it took 2 hours to figure out where they were and how they were getting them to us. Your drivers loaded all of our students and chaperones on the bus and did what they could to stay and wait for me to get things figured out. They did have to drive around a bit due to not being allowed to park for long periods of time but were so patient with us and doing absolutely whatever they needed to make this work. After waiting for 2 hours, they were wonderful and were willing to detour slightly to allow us to get food for our students. Our students had not eaten a meal since 8am Tucson time due to time change and traveling. They were so hungry and we still had another 2 1/2 hour drive. Jade even was willing to drop us off at the school and then drive back up to Phoenix to pick up all of our luggage and bring it to us. They were both willing to go above and beyond to help us and our students. They both did it with a smile on their faces. Thank you so much for having these wonderful people on your staff. Myself, my admin, my students and their parents are very grateful for all of the help they were willing to give. Even when they did not have to!!!

Arizona Adventure with 100 Youths and an Unforgettable Driver

Our Arizona adventure with a group of 100 energetic youngsters wouldn't have been the same without the amazing Denise, our bus driver from Divine Charter. Forget the standard "bus driver" experience – Denise went above and beyond, making our trip truly memorable.

Imagine wrangling 100 excited kids on a long bus ride. Denise did it with a smile! Her patience was superhuman, and her understanding of their energy kept things calm and fun. She treated each child with genuine care, fostering a sense of warmth and respect on the bus.

But Denise wasn't just a calming presence. She was also a ray of sunshine! Her engaging personality kept the kids entertained, and her flexibility with our ever-changing schedule saved the day (or rather, the trip!) on more than one occasion.

By the end of the journey, Denise wasn't just our driver; she was part of the group. We all left Arizona with incredible memories, and a huge part of that is thanks to Denise's fantastic service and...

I recently went as a chaperone on a school performing arts competition trip from NM to Anaheim, CA. I have been on several trips like this with my daughter's school. When we got our bus driver in Phoenix it was immediately obvious that we just got the best bus driver EVER! If I could give Bryan Hanson more than 5 stars I would! He was SO friendly and helpful making sure we were always on time and had an easy short walk to find him at the end of our fun filled days. Not only that but throughout the entire trip he maneuvered that giant bus like it was a sedan with ease through the very busy streets of California. I've never felt safer with a bus driver before. He even took time to watch our students perform! How do I get this wonderful human a bonus or raise or something?!?!?
