Fresh Fadez — Attraction in Phoenix

In 6 months the staff here has turned over and the service is terrible,. The staff are lazy and don't want to work. The place is dirty. It has been about four tines now that I have gone into get my haircut to be turned away. Two previous times they had closed early outside of the posted hours. Then the time before today the hours had officially changed so I go before the officially changed closing time to find the shop is, closed. There were a couple of Barbers standing around and a Barber was still cutting a customers hair. I would have thought that they would want a few more bucks in their pocket, but nope they don't because I said I was gonna find a different place to get my hair cut since Fresh Fadez operating hours are inconsistent. The heavy set Barber says o.k. you can do that. Well sir thank you but I know and I did. Just keep this in mind. The cost to the business to get a customer in the door a second time is rather pricey. Repeat Customers are your bread and butter in a barbershop. If I walked how many others have and not said anything . You winder why you are closing earlier and earlier, soon you won't need to bother...

1st haircut was pretty good. Older dude with tattoos. Took his time and made sure everything looked right. At home I felt great about the service.

2nd haircut was pretty bad. Young dude. There’s a lot of dark space in the shop, so it’s hard to see the contrast, but at home you can see that the hair is uneven (high and low spots). I part my hair and he cut too much so now I have a little section that is just sticking out and is difficult to keep down. Hurts to say, but greatclips does a better job (albeit, not too much better)

Young man was nice and friendly but I would rather have a rude barber with quality control than a very nice young man with bad quality control. Keep working on it dude!

Went there yesterday for a haircut for my 2 kids and myself. This place used to be called dannys barbershop and all the barbers where pros. So nee ownership i come in and ask if they cut kids hair, guy replies i can try if he dosent move alot. Im like ita a kid so we give him a chance my 2 year old was very good on the chair didnt move at all and this guy who is cutting his hair cuts his ear twice and his neck. No apologies or anything. We decide to finish his haircut with his regular barber so we pay the man and leave. I cant believe we still paid this guy is apparently cousins to the owner and has him on first chair.. picture is not of this mans haircut it is of the other barber that fixed him up babylon haircuts of of frankloid wright...
