Laveen Village Park — Attraction in Phoenix

Just went to park and splash pad not working. -EN

My name is Stephanie Johnson who was with EN above. Not only was it NOT in operation but not only our 3 children were disappointed but about 7 others were waiting around trying to get the pad to work. Moreover, it was the smallest slab of pad ever with only 1 hole for water to spout, cheaply made with nothing to spark a child's imagination... Not much thought went into this aspect of the park which is wack considering this is Arizona aka the desert. AZ needs to show some love for the South...

Dope fiends everywhere needles at the park. Junkies are disarming alarm systems And looting garages. Actually saw two kids about thirteen or fourteen shooting up on the side of a house. Don't let the Nice homes fool you, this place is worse than Detroit. Watch out for Walt and Tina, they are middle aged couple selling to all the kids and stealing bikes and other property. Love this park, especially during the Spring, Summer and early Fall in the Laveen and South Phoenix time. There's a splash pad for kids that is great to bring the family to.

I lead a workout on Sat mornings and it's a great place for me to do that. Especially while I have everyone doing a few laps, the paths allow perfect running and walking...
