Food was decent however they pulled a bait and switch. I asked for the Queen crab and Dungeness. When it showed up I assumed that’s what I got especially based on the small pic I pointed to on the print they had in the napkin holder (full crab pic)When our bill came I was charged for the king crab and I’m assuming the Dungeness clusters based off the price .The pic I am sharing was something I pulled from the site but the clusters were priced at $44.80 on the table pricing and I asked for the Dungeness prices at $36. The Queen crab was also way less than the king crab at mid $40 range vs. $75. I asked for the more basic version and they charged me for the premium version. I am not a crab connoisseur so I have no idea what it looks like showing up to the table. When I mentioned something about it the server mentioned they needed to update the paper in the napkin holder and then walked away. Trying to keep my positive outlook for my rare date night I just paid the bill and left but felt very deceived. Can’t say I will be back when I can get way better food for the price somewhere else and don’t feel like I am getting scammed.

Server was very nice, drink was strong, scallops were fantastic, shrimp was very good, lobster was good, chicken fingers my son had were so so (it's a seafood place, not expecting much for chicken). The big problem I had is they served my son first, then 5 minutes later they served my wife, and then 15 minutes later mine came out. When I go out to eat I expect to actually eat with my family. Serving food requires a bit of timing on the server and kitchen's part and they failed miserably. Add onto that the loud, bad wannabe jazz music and you get three stars. I might go back if I'm desperate for seafood but for the very pricey bill I expected much better. Oh! And add in that for some reason two of the server girls decided to have an indepth conversation not three feet from our table when the place had barely anyone in it. Annoying and very uncomfortable for my family. I had to say something for them to move away. In the grand scheme of things, the place simply needs better management.

Beware of this location an employee tried to steal my phone last night. When my husband & I got to our car I had realized I did not have my phone with me. My husband then went back to look for it at our table mind you we were gone for about 2-3 minutes max. My phone was not at the table and my husband asked a waitress if she had seen my phone the waitress said “oh yes a pink one” to which my husband said “yes” the waitress then went to go ask around the other employees. Our waitress that had attended to us while we ate there told my husband that she hadn’t seen my phone but would ask around. My husband had called 7 times to which it sent to voicemail so immediately my phone was turned off after leaving the restaurant. My husband came out and we locked the phone he then went back again and asked for the manager & another waitress came towards him handing him my phone of course my husband very upset asked for the manager again and names of our waitress & why the phone was turned off when clearly it was on when we were there. The manager whose name is Raymundo came out & told my husband that no one was trying to steal it & said our waitress put it in the office which was a lie because our waitress had previously already said she did not see the phone. My husband then asked why it was turned off & the manager either trying to cover himself or his employees said no one turned it off that it was off which clearly not true again. At this point my husband was very frustrated because he was not getting any answers from employees or the manager in charge instead excuses. My husband just asked for names and informed them that he would be reporting.

The manager in charge is Raymundo our waitress could have been Mary we’re not sure but she’s tall, thin, pixie cut & speaks Spanish.

This is just very unfortunate this was not a case of bad service, or bad food (which by the way it was cold.) this was about THEFT this is a serious matter it’s not okay whatsoever & im glad for them turning it in before a police report was filed. I hope the person that intended to steal my phone is embarrassed of their actions all I have to say is do better not only for your peers but for yourself.

The cherry on top was no apology was given to my husband after this...

Listen I love cajun seafood and I have heard nothing but high praise for the Angry Crab Shack but my wife and I came here for Valentine's day and our experience was atrocious, we showed up and asked for a table the seating hostess told us it'd be about an hour we figured hey they're busy we get it my wife and I are both ex-service industry ourselves. Two hours later I was told I had been taken off the waiting list via the website provided for your wait, we walked in and asked what was going on and the hostess said after groups have been waiting over an hour they just start taking them off the list for tables. So she takes us to a table immediately that was open, ok thanks we appreciate you getting us a table, we order our drinks and sit for 10 minutes waiting on a beer and a soda, they bring out my beer 10 minutes later and my wife has to ask 2 more times for her soda over a course of about 20 minutes before she gets it. We order the Boil for Two, and then proceeded to play the waiting game for another hour and 15 minutes waiting on our food with servers coming over every 20 minutes to let us now our food will be out in 15 minutes. So now we're watching the staff hustle and we're trying to be patient and understanding of the busy day they're having but we're basically ready to pay for our drinks and go anywhere else at which point they bring out our food that we've been waiting for over 3 hours at this point from the time we asked to be put on the waiting list. What comes out of the kitchen can best be described as cold and overcooked we sit there and decide we're gonna eat because we don't wanna wait another whole hour waiting on what will be probably be exactly the same. So we eat and the food is ridiculously overcooked everything is rubbery or mushy and we are missing one of our lobster tails we inform our waitress Sabrina (bless her heart) who is super apologetic she tells the manager who is kind enough to take off $17 for the missing lobster tail. I don't know if we caught them on a bad night or what but I don't think we'll be coming back for another cold meal that costs $100. TLDR: waited for three hours for cold over cooked food and was frankly appalled by the price...

Me and my husband was in the mood for a seafood boil. I remembered we had a place not too far from home. We arrived and was seated immediately. No wait which was awesome considering we were really hungry lol. It smelled so delicious 🤤 in there. Our waitress was nice and helped us order off the menu, since this was our first time visiting. She explained prices and how much we would receive. We ordered two seafood boils.. and two drinks.. my strawberry-mango daiquiri was delicious. I asked for no alcohol/ virgin daiquiri. My husband ordered his with alcohol and he says it was a pretty good drink. We were satisfied while waiting.. my husband bag arrived before mine.. I don’t understand why restaurants do that.. we came to eat together. My husband poor guy wouldn’t touch his until mine arrived. I waited about 5mins , not too long after his.. we started to open our bags and dig in. I notice I’m missing corn and a boiled egg. My husband scared to complain.. he tells me he doesn’t have any shrimp but don’t worry about it. No because we would get charged for it. It’s not the waitress fault.. the cooks weren’t paying attention. So I asked her to remove shrimp off his order because he didn’t receive it and doesn’t want to worry about it. She assured me it wouldn’t be a problem to grab him some but my husband insist that it’s okay.. he doesn’t want it. So if not for the cooks missing things and the hush puppies being over cooked and hard.. I would definitely give five stars. The trifecta sauce on our boil was hands down the best sauce I’ve had in forever. It’s not spicy at all.. I highly recommend.. because I want this place to stay.. I would think more traffic would be in there.. I just say double check your seafood boil bag before digging in. Make sure you have what you ordered. That was a bit disappointing. But the waitress corrected everything for us and we left happy and...
