TREND BROWS — Local services in Phoenix

I used to avoid this place for a couple years because there were certain employees who’d make my brows asymmetrical. Now they’re not here anymore and I’ve had good experiences the past 3 weeks—my brows were even and perfect each time I came out of here. But this week, my left brow was threaded way too thin again, and it’s the one I’ve spent months growing out.

I can’t not say anything, because the inconsistency of this place is disturbing me. I’m very unhappy going back to having uneven brows AGAIN. And the situation felt very similar to past experiences elsewhere, like my brow tech was distracted talking to someone, and she took off way too many hairs on the left side.

I hate that this keeps happening to me...

It’s very rare I leave reviews, however in this case I have too. First off Bindu does amazing. And not only with her threading but her overall service. The customer service was great and she makes you feel comfortable immediately. So the atmosphere and vibe is very nice and pleasant. The prices are fair, the establishment is very clean. I made an appointment because it was my first time, and I did read the reviews before hand which a lot of people seemed to recommend and I will make them in the future just to make sure I see Bindu. I completely understand why Bindu’s clientele is so established and I will definitely return and recommend....

Ask fa my girl Bindu😁😁🤞🏽🤞🏽✊🏽... She works her magic on my eyebrows every two weeks or when I need my brows did.. She won't let me leave until I say I like them😁 I love her☺️ Positive attitude🙌🏽👌🏽 Shes been doin my bushy brows fa bout 3 maybe 4 years now & I haven't stepped into any other shop but hers. She deserves more than 5*s in my opinion. Want Ta look good Ask fa my girl Bindu❤️ I don't see how she could get a bad review. You tell her how you want them done or show her a picture & she will get the job done in a timely manner.. Following with a mini massage before you get out her chair😩😁
