Le Le Nails — Attraction in Phoenix

My fiancee has paid these bunch of hacks twice for a service that could have been accomplished by a 7 year old with epilepsy. Absolutely abysmal work with poor detail, messy color, and absolutely devoid of any artistic talent what so ever. After one of the worst weeks in some time, she decided to treat herself for her birthday by coming here and getting her toes done; big mistake. Will make a conscious effort to avoid dropping a penny within 10 miles of this location out of fear they might find it and pick it up. Not worth the time, money or energy, you'd be better off paying someone to dunk your feet in lead-based paint. At least that would look somewhat appealing.

TL;DR: Don't waste your money or time, these people don't speak english and they don't provide a worthwhile service in the slightest. .1/10 would not glance in their general...

I do not know why this place has 4.2 stars, it was a train wreck. The pedicure I got upcharged for callous treatment and scrub...? Isn't that the definition of a pedicure- why would that be upcharge? Anyway, if it is worth it, no problem. But it wasn't.

The facility is the problem. If you're going to charge $50 for a simple pedicure, please have clean tubs, nice chairs that aren't tearing and offer us water. And, if the pedi is $50, make sure you actually train your people to get the dead skin off. I'll probably have to get another tomorrow because it wasn't done well. The employees are lovely, and they deserve to work somewhere better. Cause I didn't even get a goodbye from the manager when we left.

Save your money and frustration and get a mani pedi somewhere that will truly pamper you...

The sugar scrub and lotion massage are my favorite part of the pedicure because the ladies spend ample time and use ample pressure for relaxation.
