I am really really late adding my review here so hopefully Beth and Pam can forgive me for that one, but I just like to drop my own review as well to let everyone know that personally I’ve had an amazing experience with my tattoo removal here, && if it weren’t for the help & services of both Beth AND Pam at this location, I’m honestly not sure I’d still hold the same high opinion of the place as I generally HATE ANY/ALL corporate/franchise/commercially ran types of businesses- like w/ a passion. From the very first moment I called I already found myself getting upset that there was no human answering the phone! Of course… Big surprise anything corporate or franchise in this country offers absolutely no real service of any kind & often expects customers to pay to have to then take their own time & energy & serve themselves… So, I was already getting ready to write these stupid franchises off wondering if it were even possible to find a small tattoo removal business in a country where everyone seems to refuse to work for themselves instead of working for these underpaying crap @ss corporations… It was just then, as I was already jumping to pass judgement on this place that their local employees jumped in & kind of saved the day/sale for them… Imagine my surprise when a super friendly real human employee actually called me back! Lol, she was so incredibly kind & welcoming & was even able to get me in that SAME day. These girls, Beth & Pam are absolute boss ladies at closing the deal too, I came in on sort of a last-minute same day opening that they wedged me into at the last minute. Beth & Pam both were incredibly friendly people that just made me feel as though I was in a safe environment where they had expertise In their area of work, && made me feel extremely comfortable & confident with just diving right in & beginning the process of removal that day. They were extremely quick & the whole thing was fairly painless with fantastic results & no side affects, discomfort, or complications after (aside from a little itchiness). Really all around, Beth & Pam were very impressive women, very skilled, who are highly knowledgeable of the work they do, having mastered their craft(s) & executing perfectly with safety, cleanliness, & comfort being of top priority. Both Beth & Pam were so friendly, understanding, & professional, they honestly felt like new friends by the end of the visit. They both agreed it had been meant to be, that all the stars aligned for me that day; I got in for that last open appt with them & was approved for financing & happened to be one of few ppl ready to begin right away. I left feeling very much satisfied with their work & services knowing they were right, & this location & these ladies were very much the right perfect & meant to be ‘fit’ for me. I could already see results after just the first visit (Photo below taken after only the very first visit & you can see 1/2 the tat is already disappearing w/o any scarring or anything), I honestly wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else or seeing anyone else BUT Pam & Beth at this particular location of Removery, b/c I’m honestly not sure I would’ve had the same experience at just any one of these franchise-type feeling places. Personally I feel it was Beth & Pam’s experienced, professional, knowledgeable, & full service/actual LEGIT REAL LIFE HUMAM TO HUMAN customer services, care, concern, & PERSONAL time/attention that made ALL the difference to me… In 2024 crap bucket America trying to lose the only qualities that ever made us the best country in the world in the first place… To have REAL & GOOD quality real life personal customer services avail. to customers is a PLATINUM STANDARD that is EXCEEDINGLY RARE… This makes places like this location a commodity that has something no one else has & therefore makes them a standout top first pick choice for anyone looking to get a tattoo removed safely, successfully, && w/o having to pay to self serve! Hope the...
Read moreI’m currently in the process of removing nine tattoos, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience I’ve had at Removery on Indian School Road and Camelback in Phoenix. I’ve completed just four sessions so far, and the results have already exceeded my expectations.
From the moment I first walked through the doors, I was welcomed by Pam and Beth, who are not only incredibly skilled, but also some of the kindest, funniest, and most genuine people I’ve ever met. They’ve created an atmosphere that’s not just professional—but warm, safe, and surprisingly fun. Yes, the process of tattoo removal can be painful, but I actually look forward to my appointments because of the vibe they bring. There’s constant laughter, great energy, and just an overall sense of ease that makes every visit feel positive and empowering.
Pam is an absolute gem. She’s incredibly well-trained, extremely thorough, and has a gift for making people feel comfortable and cared for. On top of her professionalism and attention to detail, she is one of the sweetest people you’ll ever meet—and her sense of humor is unmatched. She always has me laughing during my sessions, and without fail, I leave each appointment in a much better mood than when I arrived. It’s rare to find someone who can make a painful process genuinely enjoyable, but Pam does exactly that, every single time.
The office itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and always smells fresh and clean. They’re consistently punctual, respectful of my time, and every visit feels like I’m being treated with genuine care—not just like another appointment on the schedule.
Removing nine tattoos isn’t a small journey, but thanks to Pam and Beth, it’s one I feel excited to be on. I highly, highly recommend Removery Phoenix to anyone considering tattoo removal. This is a five-star experience...
Read moreI've completed four sessions at Delete to date, and have just moved out of state, and will need to finish up with someone else.
Like some, I was a little surprised at the estimated cost to remove my tattoo, mine was a full anklet, and Dr. Mundt estimated 8 sessions or more, and for a tattoo my size, the total cost would likely be over $2,000. She spent over 30 minutes with me during our consult, and I felt very comfortable with her, so I agreed to see her on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Dr. Mundt is incredibly talented, compassionate, and friendly. Each time I went to her, we talked about my progress, and she ensured that I was good and numb before zapping away. I had one session that didn't go as anticipated, and Dr. Mundt made it right by displaying incredible integrity with regards to the cost.
If you don't have all the money at once, I would recommend you spread out your removal sessions to every few months, so you can save up. I'm convinced that you get what you pay for, and Dr. Mundt was able to remove over half my tattoo ink in four sessions. When it was time for me to move out of state, she helped me find another practitioner in Charlotte who uses the same laser, she sent me an email with all the information for the treatments she had given me to date, and gave me her personal contact number in the event I needed to followup with her.
You will not regret going here. And do yourself a favor, don't skimp on the lidocaine injections. I have found tattoo removal to be incredibly painful without it, and Dr. Mundt makes the numbing injections affordable. You can even request she give you a prescription for topical numbing cream so you don't even feel the injection needles!
Thank you Dr. Mundt, I will miss...
