My family and I went here after an appointment at Phoenix Children's so a reward we thought this would be good cause my little girl lives Taro boba slush and we were hungry for Phò. We were never this disappointed ever at an restaurant. The slush tasted like water zero flavor I ordered a combo Phò and 2 spring rolls which came out to $14. The spring rolls were terribly rolled and the pho was decided into to small bowls which was thoughtful for my kids but had more broth then noodles and they were short noodles no long ones that you expect. I also ordered a single bowl for me but after waiting for 15 mins after I asked and they said I didnt order it was already disappointed that I am glad I didnt get one and throw away more money here. Cute place but missing something. Also they left an ipad with a cup of water just on a table so no one could sit there and just thought it was unprofessional cause a few teens where there and they could have taken it. Just a weird situation nothing like what it sounds and also they had old food on the side to show you what their food looks like get it done right like the plastic ones if need be or toss that stuff looks really gross. Was gonna ask for a refund but they looked so preoccupied in the back just left. Do better or this place...

This place is great in terms of the food, Drinks, and they do treat there customers appropriately however if you are looking in to this place as a means of employment I give it a 0 star rating because I was hired and let go immediately within 3 weeks, I had quit my other job entirely to come work here, I was asked the hours I needed, They told me they could do it, and then I was not given what I was told I'd be given, despite that I still wanted to give it a chance because I love the environment and I already started to get along with the employees I was working with, I worked very hard, I always showed up on time, I did everything I was asked, they even gave me the keys to close, they said my first time closing shop wasn't bad, They let me go due to low business, if they couldn't afford to hire me I don't know why they did, I am now struggling to pay my bills, and find other employment, I really needed this job, its been 2 months job hunting I put alot of hope into this place and they treat me as such.....I'm a hard worker, I don't screw around. If you know you deserve better like I do,...

I have come to this place 2x both times when i was sick and was craving pho. Each time I got the spring rolls. Both times I noticed the spring rolls and the peanut sauce lacked dimension of flavor (tasted very plain). I have been to lots of pho places, so I have lots of experiences to compare. I have even made spring rolls and peanut sauce myself. The flavor dimension was lacking here. Also, the pho. The pho last time was good but this time was SO salty. I am a salty lady. I love salt, I love the ocean. I love getting salt water in my mouth. I prefer salty snacks over sugary ones. But I’m telling you this was so salty. The flavor balance was super off. I just had to say I’m a bit disappointed. They also added automatic gratuity without asking me if I wanted to or telling me about the policy. The pho and spring roll combo is suppose to be 11.25. Then I did the shrimp on for an extra $1 and lime for .25 cents. Still the total there would have been 13.50 ish. Add tax and that’s still not 18 bucks. So I just don’t understand what happened there but I won’t be...

I’m so happy to have a boba place close by now! I have gone here a few times to try different drinks out. So far I’ve had their taro slush, Thai tea, brown sugar milk tea, and Okinawa tea. I also tried their shrimp fried rice. Their drinks are reasonably priced and taste amazing. Not too sweet and not too bland. Their Taro and Thai tea is some of the best I’ve tried. I wasn’t much of a fan of the brown sugar tea, but I still think others should try it out for themselves. I also wasn’t a fan of the fried rice because it was bland to me. However, It was my first time trying Okinawa tea today and it was great. The guy working there is also very nice and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Super stoked to have a boba spot in this area finally! Went in for the first time today. Shop was clean and service was very friendly. Good vibes inside the shop. I tried the taro milk tea with honey boba. The flavor was delicious, for both the tea and boba, and the price was good as well. I also tried the $9 Whaaaat Sandwich, which had nice flavor, but was quite small and not super full of ingredients. In my opinion, definitely overpriced and I wouldn’t get it again. I was still quite hungry after eating. But the boba, location, and service were all great, so I will definitely return again for another tea or other drink!

If you love boba, you MUST come here! Same owner as the nail salon about two doors down. She's awesome! This place is really cute. They offer some food options as well, which is cool. If I had more time I would have definitely gotten some egg rolls. :D next time. They have all different varieties of yumminess you can enjoy in your drink, it was hard to decide!! I love all the kinds! I chose light (less sweetener) peach green tea with strawberry popping boba. It was perfect, refreshing, and the right pick me up in the afternoon! I can't wait to come back to really explore their menu! :)
