Discrimination againt a person with a disability *This morning at Duch bros at 32nd Street and Indian Shcool Phoenix ,az at 9:00am I witnessed the most disharting display of inhumanity by the femal assistant manager in charge. A man who was clearly disabled was refused service and refunded his money back not once but twice while his youn son watched. This gentleman was not rude, not obnoxious or causing a seen the reason he was denied service was because of his parking in the handicap spot on private property. It may not have been straight but he was in a spot that he has the right to park in. The young child was denied his Sunday outing with his father and to witness people just being cruel and evil his father. I don't know how anyone could keep patronizing this business knowing how they treat our disabled Americans. I as a citizen asked the young boy and his dad what they would like, he gave me there order and added it to mine, after I received the order and also received the general managers name, I reminded the young employees inside about the Americans with disabilities act, and the young man insides reasponces was "GOOD BY". I did speak to the gentleman and his son , who was thankful for his drink. I suggested he contact our Attorney Generals office due to the refusal of service by the COMPANY. In this review it ask what I got, what I recommend. I GOT VERRY ANGERY, I RECOMMEND PEOPLE STOP COMMING HERE. PEACE...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: After getting home I sent an email to their costumer service rep. and they email me a $5.00 gif card I came this morning and the people taking my order was very nice just like past time. Also the guy in the window was awesome! Coffee tastes really good. Thank you for making up for my last bad experience. I will come back and give another chance. Thank you.
I came here around 8:40 p.m. the girl who took my order was very nice, I tried to order a large cappuccino over ice, (yes I know about lattes but thatās just more milk and isnāt steam) the problem started when I get to the window to get charge and the male employee at the window with already some attitude told me āthey are not allowed to put cappuccinos over iceā if that is true. Why the girl who took my order isnāt aware of that? Then the girl behind him decide to get involved and told me āwe donāt sell coffee hereā so arenāt you guys allowed to do it or you guys donāt sell coffee? Then she decided to give me a lesson about what a cappuccino is, after that she proceded to told me they only have americano coffee Āæokay? So you guys can make all coffeeās drinks with weird requests but not a cappuccino over ice because your employees donāt āfeelā like steaming some milk? Horrible service, horrible attitude and horrible communication between employees. Waiting 10 minutes in line after ordering to...

I am writing this email because I went to the Dutch Broās off of Indian school and 32nd st today and my experience was absolutely terrible. My wife and I had gotten two medium iced Golden Eagles and the barista that took our order was rushing us and incredibly rude. Our order was simple and no added things so her to be frustrated with us was ridiculous. She made my wife feel extremely uncomfortable with her meaness and snarky tone. When she read our order back and we corrected her mistake of saying they were hot she repeated ice or hot with a harsh attitude. I have been a loyal customer to this Dutch location for years and this is the first time Iāve ever encountered this. Thankfully the young woman outside with her gave us her name and apologized. She said the rude employees name is niam or however you spell it. As I customer I have never been so disappointed and felt so terrible due to an employee being so passive. I think that girl needs a retraining on how to treat people. I have never witnessed someone so rude, impatient, and miserable in my whole life. To see the way she was speaking to the other lady outside as well was just plain sad. She had that same attitude with her when discussing whatever it was they were talking about. These employees deserve better for having to put up with her. Do better Dutch on...
