My review of Solano Park: I liked that across the street a street vendor was pedling cool treats. The play area is sand filled with bathrooms close by. There are huge shady trees and a softball field at the end on the school side. But over all, It's a homeless camp. The bathrooms on the women's side had debree and people's clothing draped about it, the shade is all filled with people camped on the ground, the Picnic covered ramada is completely occupied by people with bikes that reacted posessively when i approached. Read moreI originally was happy to move in the area because there's solano park but traveling by it you see homeless people's shopping carts ,blankets laying every where ,homeless people sitting in under the pavilions which have the only grills in the park . The bathrooms are always closed and the water fountain area smells like pee . I wish they would put a fence up like the fence wall at the ymca going to the side walk to the salono elementary school side gate ,something more safer for the school kids needs...
