Our family has been coming to this location for years and we’ve given the location so many tries. It’s not always the business but the employees that are working for the company that make us not want to go anymore. We’ve always had problems if it’s not with our food being cold, or old, it’s a problem with the employees attitudes. I’ve called in ahead of time to place orders because every time it’s a different rule as to the food that we get. The previous time I’ve gone inside to place my order for fire island chicken because the location states that they cannot make that kind of order in the drive through. Okay I started going inside to order. When I’ve asked different managers what is the policy for this meal they either tell me come inside or call in and pick it up through the drive through. I’ve been calling ahead for months to pick up or call in order through the drive through. Today was the last time I let it slide. We ordered ahead of time, we came through the drive through and the cashier tells us next time you have to pick it up inside for call ins, why if I’ve gotten it this way for months now. The only difference is my last orders were in the morning/evening and today It was a late meal. And that snot the only thing that upset me. When I got off my car to pick up the order inside because they were unwilling to give it through the drive through, the cook charged me and proceeded to serve all the orders with no sanitization of his hands no gloves and all the other employees just laughing at the situation at hand. Read moreVisited this location on 3 occasions and had horrible customer service on 2. The last visit was this weekend. We ordered 3 plates and another group of 3 ordered right after us. We waited 17 minutes. I approached the counter just as the other lady complained. The counter help handed her 3 plates without checking the ticket or what was in the plates. Lady took the plates, smelled, touched the food & brought it back. Counter help was going to give me those plates so I asked for new food and was told angrily by the girl in charge if I wanted new plates that I would have to wait another 20 minutes. I said that was fine but I wanted NEW food. She then handed the plates to the cooks and said something in spanish. The looked at me and laughed. I repeated that I did not want the food that someone else had smelled and touched. They cooks laughed and the girl in charge yelled at me that "they are making new food". At that point I asked for my money to be refunded. It then took close to 10 minutes for my money to be refunded. Read moreIf I could give this place zero stars I would. They made the mistake of double charging my card when I purchased a couple meals. When I called about it and asked for the manager, he came on the line and then gave the phone back to a cashier to handle my complaint. I was then told that I was not double charged, even though my bank statement reflects otherwise. The receipt they gave me only reflected one charge and not the double charge they ran on my card. The cashier gave me the general managers number who then said they have to escalate it to corporate. It has now been a week since I called them about this issue and I have not heard back. I have to call the general manager to get updates and all I get is "corporate is handling it". Imagine being inconvenienced this way and never getting a call from the business to give you an update on the money they incorrectly took from you. End of shift should have caught the overage charged on my card, so I'm not sure why it's taking this long to refund...
