They only get 1 star because no stars is not an option. It seems like everytime I go there a problem occurs. Last year I called to see if they could order me a PS3 GTA5 bundle. I work long hours and didn't want the box waiting outside all day. So I asked to see if they could get the PS3 bundle delivered to the store instead. The man on the phone said he could and I just needed to come in to place my order. Well I go to the store to place my order. I get to the cashier and told her I wanted to place an order for the PS3 bundle. She goes we have none in stock and we don't do ship to store. I explain I called before I got there and a man said it was possible. She asked the other cashier if he talked to me and he replies no. She then tells me I called another gaming store because gamestop does no such thing. I grab my cellphone and show her my call history which has there number on it. While this happens the manager comes out. She tells the manager to also tell me they don't offer online order shipping to store. The manager then replies your the guy who I talked to on the phone. So the manager puts in the order. Another time I go and try to buy The Last of Us on PS4. I see it on the shelf and grab it and take it to the cashier. The cashier ask me if I had a pre order. I tell him no and he replies then you can't buy it then. He then takes the copy of TLOU and puts it back on the shelf next to the other 3 copies. I ask if all other copies are spoken for then why are there copies on the shelves like there for sell. He tells me to let the customers know we have copies for sale. I just left and ended up taking my business elsewhere. I recently bought a Rocksmith for XBox One. I got it on black friday at another location. So it goes on sale on cyber monday somewhere else for $18 cheaper before taxes. So Rocksmith is still unopened and I return it for a refund. Well I get to the cashier and ask for a refund while handing her the game. Its been 8 days since I bought the game. The cashier goes we don't give refunds and trys to hand the game back. I tell her the fine print on the receipt states they do. She then replies we don't give refunds on opened games. I tell her I know and the games is unopened. She then examines the game. I guess she thinks I'm lying so she gets a box cutter and cuts opened the clear seal on the box that contains the game and guitar cord. Read moreSo this isn't an overall store review, I just wanted to express my gratitude to Shannon, an employee here, for going out of her way to fix a problem for me that wasn't even hers to fix. I was at another gamestop and decided to buy a Switch bundle to be shipped to my house only to realize that, in my excitement, I didn't realize the bundle was overpriced by about 70$ for what I was getting. Whoops, that's Gamestop for you. Well after calling the Gamestop I originally bought it at and the corporate support line and receiving contradictory information from everyone on how to cancel the order, I was lucky enough to come to this location and talk to Shannon. She went out of her way to figure out what was going on, even working through an issue with the computer system not functioning correctly and employees on a Gamestop support line that happened to clock out way before their usual stop time that day. I had gone I'm there over the holidays and there was a few employees who I really liked, one was a girl always with a smile greeting people and who seemed knowledgeable about the Switch which is why I bought one. Now there's this boy named Tyler who can't suggest one thing I would like and terrible skills. Why hire someone who doesn't know what customers would like or about a game system you sell?
