Starbucks — Restaurant in Phoenix

I will never go to Starbucks again. Anywhere any branch. For the last six months every single order has been messed up. For the last six months I've seen the conduct of staff deteriorate considerably. My last order included food, which I never received and the 15-year-old that prepared my beverage didn't pay any mind that I did not want whipped cream. The group crowded behind the counter (shift appeared to be over-staffed by at least three employees) who also appeared 15 years old was busy talking about the sugar daddy of one.

"Customers? What customers? One of us is making fascinating bad life decisions! We can't be bothered!" Was the prevailing attitude.

I went to this Starbucks to purchase a Pink Drink as a gift for a friend. Boy was I surprised when they said they don't have the ingredients to make this drink! Then I asked them to call up the street to another Starbucks to make sure I wouldn't run into the same problem, and they refused because they said the other one "isn't a Target Starbucks" and they couldn't call for me.
