I went into the Bamboo Asian Kitchen for the first time this evening. I am very happy that I did.

Very clean, bright atmosphere that marries the cuisine theme with excellently prepared authentic Chinese foods. While trying to decide what I was going to order I noticed that a very large number of people were coming in for orders to go. A good sign. Even a large number of door dash type orders going out the door.

I ordered spicy egg fried rice, an order of spring rolls, an order of egg rolls and a large egg drop soup to go. On my way home I devoured one of the very delicious spring rolls. After arriving home I dived into the very aromatic foods on my table.

It has been quite a while since I have enjoyed egg drop soup that was full of flavor, right consistency, and best eating temperature. I am looking forward to returning there soon for more of this egg drop soup!

The remaining spring roll vanished rapidly, as did the egg rolls. The red sauce provided combined with the spring and egg rolls were a good combination. I needed only a very little amount of the red sauce for the spring and egg rolls are quite tasty by themselves.

I had asked that the egg fried rice be spicy. On a scale of 1 to 5, I asked that it be a 4. The spices used truly enhanced the wonderful egg fried rice greatly. The fried rice itself has a superb flavor and the hot spices made the egg fried rice even more flavorful.

The foods were so good that I had to drive back to the restaurant and inform the owner, who I learned is named Kent, how much I enjoyed the food that had been prepared for me.

I highly recommend the Bamboo Asian Kitchen to anyone who enjoys flavorful Chinese cuisine. I believe that you will enjoy your food and if you choose to eat inside that the atmosphere and service will only enhance your dinning...

This place just opened yesterday and we were curious to try their food. They do have a ton of options if you want to order a la carte.

They do offer lunch combos and dinner combos. You get soup (egg Drop or hot and sour), egg roll, fried rice (plain without the peas and carrots) and entree of your choice.

The environment is inviting, no music, TVs on the wall with sound, no decorations on the wall but the color scheme is inviting.

They welcomed us and sat us down right away. The servers were very attentive and cleared the dishes as you finish your food.

We ordered combo pan Fried Noodles (chicken, shrimp, beef and pork and vegetables). It was crispy perfect but a little too greasy for me. Flavor wasn't too bad. Hubby ordered cashew chicken combination dinner. He wished the fried rice had the veggies in it otherwise it's just ordinary.

I think we would have to come and try other items to get a better idea of the flavors they use. I give them a 3.5 stars rating which indicates we might like it or we might not since it was our first time trying their food.

I give them a 5 rating on their service, smiles, and attentiveness if you dine in. No complaints on the cleanliness because it was clean and the tables are equipped with soy sauce, salt, pepper and sugar for the...

Mamboo Asian Kitchen is a gem nestled in the heart of the city, offering a delightful fusion of Asian flavors that truly tantalize the taste buds. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance.

The menu is a culinary journey through various Asian cuisines, each dish crafted with precision and flair. However, the standout for me was definitely the beef chow fun. The flavors were perfectly balanced, with tender slices of beef, wide rice noodles, and a savory sauce that left me craving for more. It's a dish that exemplifies comfort food at its finest.

The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who were knowledgeable about the menu and offered excellent recommendations. The food arrived promptly, and the presentation was exquisite, adding to the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, Mamboo Asian Kitchen is a must-visit for anyone craving delicious Asian cuisine served with a touch of elegance. Whether you're a fan of classics or looking to try something new, this place will surely exceed your expectations. I'll definitely be returning for more of that amazing beef chow fun! Thank you, Nick(elodeon - :), for your...

Let's talk about a gem of a Chinese restaurant on the southeast corner of Bethany Home and 19th ave. Bamboo Asia Kitchen shares the parking lot with Target. I was heading to target to pick up an order. And I saw this restaurant out of the corner of my eye. I went in and looked at the menu and ordered the Mongolian beef to go. I was hungry and ate a meal in my car. I was so impressed and blown away at the quality, the tenderness of the beef, the portion amount, and most importantly the exquisite taste! I live in Scottsdale almost 15 miles away from this place, and wouldn't think twice about traveling here again. No matter where you are in the valley this place deserves an opportunity to woo you. I went back in and ordered an early dinner for my whole family. I ordered the pepper chicken, another round of the Mongolian beef, orange beef, and the shrimp with lobster sauce.

Ordered pickup and spent $70. I am absolutely grossed our and my entire family complained. The reason we went was for egg foo young but the grave was nasty.. I thought it was strangely sweet and others noticed their own taste turn offs. The egg seemed pretty wet and wasn't holding the vegetables together. No flavor in fried rice or lo mean. But the absolute worse part are the HAIRS on the noodles. We pulled out TWO. Our stomachs feel sick and we have a ton of food just sitting in the kitchen now. Spring rolls were disappointing, as we would have preferred the frozen store bought ones at Albertsons. The only things worth eating were the lemon chicken. . A little chewy but not terrible flavor..white rice (seriously though? ) and Orange chicken. Sadly though, after finding hairs, even that is not getting touched now.

Driving by decided to try them we ordered egg foo yung, beef and broccoli, orange chicken house fried rice, and teriyaki chicken. Let me tell you the teriyaki chicken was so salty it was inedible and the sauce in it looked like the sauce for the egg foo yung! The orange chicken was ok and so was the beef and broccoli but the shrimp in both the house fried rice and egg foo young was bland and the egg foo yung itself was a mystery to me I couldn’t figure out why any of the stuff that belongs in the egg was used as a topping so first time impressions of this place were not great I had really high hopes we found our next Chinese food spot but to our surprise was let down!
