Ah, Mandarin super Buffet, where the appetizers of anticipation quickly turned into the main course of disappointment. The highlight of our dining experience? The waiters were like magicians – attentive one moment and poof, gone the next! They reappeared only to present the bill, as if by magic, it was also when we thought we might die of thirst.

The culinary adventure began with a symphony of blandness, except for a cheesy clam concoction and a lemon cake that might have been the saving grace... the food was absolutely flavorless and looked as watered down as it tasted. My theory? A covert operation to stretch supplies, considering they were out of root beer and another soda, I was thinking I miss deliver and they're trying to stretch what they had. Even my two youngest, who are not exactly picky eaters, eyed their plates with a mix of confusion and betrayal.

The bill, a whopping nearly $100 for two adults and three kids, felt like a punchline to a joke we didn’t quite get. If laughter is the best medicine, my wallet wasn’t feeling the humor.

Post-dining, my son and I embarked on a not-so-fun journey of stomach woes. Nothing serious, but let's just say the food was as memorable going out as it was coming in.

The biggest mystery of the evening? How could serve food so bland that even a cardboard diet would seem tempting, survive and be so busy? Again, my theory is a delivery truck breakdown leading to an impromptu 'water down the food' fiesta.

In conclusion, this experience was like a rollercoaster that only goes down. I'm officially turning in my badge as a potential repeat customer. I'm awarding one star, and that's only because the service, though fleeting, was the sole survivor in this culinary shipwreck. If zero stars were an option, I'd still reluctantly hand out one – if only for the vanishing waiters who at least gave us a brief taste...

Normally this place is great. Only disappointing thing was the lo main is actually spaghetti noodles. Until today. Yes I know its Christmas though the kids wanted to get Chinese and we don't go out to eat often. Well while we was eating a table of I believe 11 or 12 sat near us. No big deal. They all look to me men in their 20s. Our server came to their table RIGHT AFTER they sat down with their first plate to begin eating and she INSISTED that they pay now. When asked why she only said its so she doesn't get confused that it makes it easier for her. Then maybe 10 minutes later she comes back and is trying to figure out who's change she has. Mind you she took cash and MULTIPLE cards. She did not have a book or anything reflecting how she was keeping track of each individual order. Then after she gives back cards she wants for each of these men to hand her back the receipt part. Another table of 11 or 12 is seating behind this one. The same server hasn't asked that they pay now. Nor did she ask us which we're just a 4 top. It doesn't matter what race or religion. As a server (which she says she's been here 2 years) you NEVER insist on your guests paying after seated and before being able to eat. The guests either pay when finished or before they're sat down.
