Work Of Heart Home Improvements — Attraction in Phoenix

I came across Work of Heart along my travels either at a car show or the like. They sent Brandon out to my home to share their offerings and pitch me on their abilities. He was great and our hour long meeting last far longer ending with me going forward with the project. The job was to not replace my kitchen, only reface it as it had good bones, just a weathered and in need of face lift!

The products shared were of great quality and the colors I chose made a huge difference in the appearance of my 32 year old aging kitchen! I decided that day to move forward with the project and signed on the dotted line for the work to begin. A schedule was set, measurement and pictures were taken to get the ball rolling. A few weeks later, the products came in and we scheduled the install date.

On the date of install, I was initially advised it would take just two days for the project but extenuating circumstances changed that to three days with several follow up days as well to complete the project. The guys who did the install were great taking care to assure a proper job was done and fitment was spot on. Everything looked great to the naked eye but there were a few issues I even missed myself. A re-visit afterwards found a few flaws to be corrected and a final visit was scheduled.

Today was that day and the guys arrived to make the final adjustments and now its all perfect. It was not cheap but neither was their work. The cost of a complete remodel would have been twice the price so I felt it was worth it! The owners keep in touch with me along the way. The difference between what was and what is is overwhelming! I can only recommend them wholeheartedly for your job, too!

This company went beyond my expectations! Jodi was friendly and detailed oriented in planning my kitchen refacing. She explained how the doors and drawers were made, had videos, and left me samples. She told me it would be about six weeks out. We planned for first week of June. She reached out to me within two weeks that my doors/drawers were being shipped. My install date was moved up three weeks. Nate the company installer arrived on time to begin the project. He was professional, friendly, and VERY organized. He has his system of work perfected. Each day before he left he cleaned up and we were able to get into our kitchen to prepare meals. We have a small kitchen and he finished the job in three days. We got a HUGE makeover with hardly any inconvenience. Jody gave me instructions on how to prepare, what to expect, and following her instructions made the whole process easy to live through.
