Well if you want to have an enjoyable day or evening avoid tending this Starbucks when the store manager who’s best described as female shorter Caucasian on the heavy side. And why? I requested to increase the stores temperatures from current level of 68 degrees to some reasonable in the mid 70's. And her reaction ... was to shout out some fast talking rude series of statements. And then TURNED HER BACK ON ME ... That's correct TURNED HER BACK ON ME. And right in front the customers. She was so loud it was embarrassing to be now standing there looking at her back. So I got her attention again and explained that there have been other times where they have increased the temperature and I felt it was warmer. To which she shouted will "they lied to you". And she then added that “you're talking to a person who doesn't understand how her home HVAC works”.
Ok three issues from this one simple request: 1) was I lied to in the pass? I don't know about that because the place did feel more comfortable, 2) if she admits that she don't understand that she don't know her home HVAC system works then how can I know for sure that there is a way to increase the temperature but she really doesn't how to do it? and 3) I thought the customer decides a bit more respect when raising a question or request? Read moreRude supervisor with no knowledge of customer service. I had went yesterday before work to pickup some ground up coffee beans for my espresso machine. I didn't need them until today and I went to make my coffee and noticed they weren't ground. I had to drive all the way down to get it grind and knowing how friendly starbucks is I asked to see if they can hook me up with a free simple latte for my troubles since now I was too busy to go home and have to make my coffee. The "Supervisor" was a big built indigenous lady who was rude from the beginning didn't care to see the problem or find any way to help. She rudely said- to a coworker, shes only giving me a regular latte. She snappily set down a drink and said "here" to me I picked it up and asked her what was in the latte because they never bothered to ask me . She says its a regular latte and abruptly gets back to work . I had wanted at least oatmilk because I have a dairy allergy and she didn't seem to care she even gave me the most watered down coffee it taste like an Americano! She seemed very flustered with her workload seems like she cant handle a simple barista job, don't know how she was given a supervisor position with her lack of customer service . I was a barista before fyi and I asked her why my shaken espresso looked like a latte. She threw attitude asap didn’t even give me a chance to reply rolled her eyes and her big back self huffing we will just remake it and disappeared. Then when she came back she came back with attitude and a nasty drink. I couldn’t even process the amount of disrespect done by this lil girl. Never have I ever gone to a Starbucks and got tried like this. Especially since we literally pay a premium for just buying Starbucks. I asked for the Gms information. As soon as I asked her her name oh she had a whole new outlook on life even smiled nicely not sarcasticly. I called and a supervisor told me he’d be in Sunday. I called and asked for him Sunday but he didn’t work that day. No one seems to know Williams schedule. So convenient.
