Miss Lola — Attraction in Pico Rivera

I had to leave a review because I was shocked to see all the bad reviews! It seems like people need to do better research before placing their orders. ALWAYS read the return policy before you order. I made sure to do that before ordering, and I measured my feet (in inches) to be sure the size will fit! I also did this because I’m not a huge fan of their return policy, so I did this to protect myself. And I thought everyone knew heels were not made to be comfortable. Perhaps you should invest in some good heel insoles if you want to be comfortable in your heels. I’ve been a fan of Miss Lola for years (back when they were Lola’s Shoetique IYKYK)! My favorite basic black heels were done, so I was in the market for some new shoes and remembered Miss Lola! And they just happened to be having a sale! I was visiting from Ventura County and knew it would be easier and faster to pick up my shoes rather than wait for delivery. Before I left my starting location, I texted the store to let them know I was on my way and gave them my ETA. I got an immediate response to the message. Upon my arrival, I parked in the wrong area. I parked in the in-store customer shopping rather than pick-up. But that wasn’t an issue! The sales clerk verified where I was parked (via text) and came right out! This was all within 5-6 minutes. Even though I parked in the wrong spot, the gentleman was very kind and responsive. The bag was so cute; it was wrapped like a gift! And I loved the shoes—I wore them that same weekend and received lots of compliments. Ladies, please do better research before you order so instead of being shocked, you’ll be pleasantly surprised!...

Things I wish I would have known before going here: You cannot try on in store If you leave any deodorant on clothes from trying on at home, it is ineligible for return so make sure to be freshly out of the shower with no deodorant before trying on Only store credit for returns so if you don’t like the product you are forced to come back with store credit I really wanted to love this place. I purchased a couple times. The first time, one item was a bathing suit and even with a hygiene strip inside the suit, it was ineligible for return after trying on. Wish I would have known that when I asked about their return policy in person at time of purchase. Second time I purchased a couple dresses and one of the dresses barely covered my tatas so I tried to return it after trying it on but alas, not eligible for return because there was some deodorant inside the dress from trying on. Deodorant comes out! Especially if I just purchased it and tried it on once. So the associate took it to the back to “the cleaner” to see if they were able to get it out while I sat there embarrassed with a line of people behind me waiting. But of course they were not able to. For all I know, they wiped it with a damp cloth. There is no way a stain is set in from deodorant from one quick try on. Also, I asked the employee at time of purchase what their return policy was in case it didn’t fit and they just said the generic 45 day with tags, receipt. If I would have known I couldn’t get deodorant on it, I would have made sure I wasn’t wearing any! This place is a scam and has terrible customer...

Would avoid this store. I used to order from Canada but shipping fees were like $30-$60 so when I was visiting LA I thought I'd come grab some things. They don't let you try stuff on in store or have change-rooms. I bought 3 dresses, one off the rack and 2 other bagged dresses. I got home, tried the 2 bagged ones on but not the last. Neither fit me, as their smalls aren't true to size in some of their brands, so I inspected them, put them back in their proper bags and sent them back. I got an email saying all dresses were stained and damaged and full blame on me. It is impossible it was me because I inspected them before sending back and all I did was try the 2 on. The one I didn't try on ever, I have also been blamed for a "stain" on the inside. Again this was a rack dress so anyone could have done this. I. never inspected it on the inside before buying and I never even tried it on. I asked the store many times if the package came damaged and they refuse to answer my question, they also deny and refuse that the dress I bought was off the rack.They told me they will not refund and they will either refund or dispose of the items, I told them 3-4 times over the past 2 weeks to send the dresses back even tho they do not fit me, and they still haven't sent back. I am leaving LA to Canada next week and they have had more than enough time to package and send these dresses back and with many phone calls, they still have not. Will not shop here again. Terrible...
