This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever received. If you order something,make sure you can wait forever to get it, then once you do finally receive it you better like it because the saying NO HASSLE RETURNS on their website is a lie. I ordered a large wall hanging and 3 small. I kept the 3 smaller items but wanted to return the larger one as it was too big for my space. When I took it to UPS to send it back, as they directed me to do at Wild Orchid / Benzara, I was told it was 140.00 because of the size. I emailed and called the company 5 times to ask what I should do or could they send me a label, I expected to pay something..but not more than the item cost.
