Purchased two items that came to $11.03. I heard $11 and handed over eleven dollar bills. When the young lady handed me my merchandise and receipt I waited for my change. I said, "what, no change?" No, she told me. "It came to $11.03 and you only gave me $11.00." Of course she was right and I HAD short-changed HER! But when I attempted to give her the 3 cents, she smiled at me and refused my 3 pennies. I know I looked quite "grungy" that day and she might have thought I was homeless. But her smile and kindness really made my day. Of course, I left the pennies on the counter. But I left the store feeling ten times better than when I walked in, thanks to her. Good store. Great amount of items. Some stuff is over priced for what it is. Many interesting things in store that you don't see other places. Didn't like that it took about 20 minutes to check out today when the line wasn't long. Don't know why they wouldn't open other registers to help customers. Could be customer service is not a priority and they rather stock and organize merchandise, which is something that can be done when the store dies down. But what do customers know. Just hope you don't have to wait forever if you go to look at some of the good...

If giving them no stars was an option I would! Their customer service is not only horrible but their professionalism is shocking! They don’t attend to customers and are to busy laughing and gossiping about the customers the manager in particular was mad because I explained that the glass cup straw was broken that I purchased and instead of fixing the issue and replacing it she was irritated and gossiping and rolling her eyes at me. I hope 5 below does better on training their employees. I will never come and shop at...
