Horrible Service. I called in the morning to see if they have any turtles and they said they just got new incomings of turtles. I was happy all day to go get one after I just bought the tank, food, and everything I needed. I got there and asked for assistance to get the turtle. This young women not much older then me comes and ask for my id of course and says if I already have everything or not. I said yes. She starts interrogating me and starts saying āyou have the tank? What size? You have the food? You have the space?ā And she starts being rude and defensive about it not even allowing me to answer. I also asked if they had any other turtles than the one displayed because it was way too big from what I initially wanted. And she looked at me as if I was stupid and made a remark kinda scoffing and saying that would be illegal and started laughing out loud right in my face. I was really happy all day to get my turtle and after this encounter with the horrible service it ruined everything. I didnāt want a baby turtle, I asked if they had a smaller one than the one already being displayed as it was already very big. And when I asked she said āno, thatās the only one we haveā when I had already called early probably with the manager who told me they had more. I was uncomfortable and left very disappointed because of this young lady. This was my first time buying a turtle or trying to and I made sure I had everything. I went in for help and rather then helping and being nice they were rude and ruined the whole experience for me. Definitely wonāt be going back. I cancelled everything I bought for my supposed to be turtle but I wonāt let this encounter ruin this for me as it was something special to me. I will be going somewhere else that actually wants to help new owners and isnāt unprofessional making rude remarks, looking and making me feel as if Iām stupid, and laughing at peoples faces. I know she has to ask questions and do her job but that wasnāt what bothered me, itās the way she handled it. I didnāt want to deal with her anymore or get the turtle and every time looking back to remember that this was my first experience and bringing up bad emotions or memories. Iām really disappointed in you Pet Smart, the workers, and even the manager for allowing this behavior and making the experience every owner should feel happy and magical to disappointment and regret for even trying to add someone new to the family ultimately ruining the...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy first experience here was probably less than a year ago to get my pet groomed and the women there hardly seemed to understand the way I asked to have my dogs hair cut and that I wanted the special shampoo because his skin is dry. When I returned to pick him up I noticed he had a ton of dandruff and as always they explain how the grooming went at the end. She told me she used the regular shampoo and I told her I had asked for the special one, she then said "oh yeah, that's the one I used", clearly it didn't seem like it. I left home and noticed a bald spot on him too late! Months later I went back to try the place out again since I hadn't seen that women there anymore. I explained to the groomers That I've had a bad experience before and I just needed him to be taken care of right. The groomer reassured me everything would be fine. When I retuned to pick him up I asked to do an inspection on him before I paid due to the fact that their slogan is "if you're not satisfied, it's free". Well as I was inspecting him I felt all the groomers eyes glaring at me and even the grooming manager asked "are you looking for something?" I felt rushed so I just paid for him. Once I went home I noticed to small cuts on the inner part of his thighs. I returned to complain and the grooming manager insisted that something happened at home within the ten minutes that we left. Then stated "I'm not trying to call you a liar, but I watched you inspect him". I left, pissed. Now I found that he has a cut on his neck. He's not a damn wild animal. He's a small indoor dog that lays on my lap just to cuddle, not a dare devil out running through shattered glass. Ā Ā Ā Read moreSo i come in here very often and I had made an appointment with a groomer for 11am this was my first time so I walk in and gave my name and puppy name the employee informed me that my groomer donāt get there till 11am I had got there 20min early she said I can walk around or just wait so I walked around till 11:02 I walked back in the grooming area and the employee in the front asked that i wait on the red dot due to someone inside due to Covid protocol I said ok and waited outside so fast forward 20min go by i see to customer inside 2 dogs so I walk in to ask when I will be see and that I came in 20min ago and the girl says you never came in I told yes you had asked me wait on the red dot ⦠her response was IāVE NEVER SEEN YOU IN MY LIFE ..and continue to dispute it, I was dumbfounded I then said ive been here before 11 she then replied with so has everyone else so donāt know what you want me to tell you.. so I stepped out and about 2 min later an employee came out and asked for my dogs vaccine card I told her no thanks Iāll cancel she was like oh thatās your problem I was wowed! So I then asked for the manager explained to him how I was treated as I was leaving one of the groomers told an employee I swear Iām going to choke this dog!ā¦.. I will never bring my dog here!!
