I have no idea who I actually bought the product from, but it arrived in perfect condition so that is why I am rating 5/5. However, I would rate the confusion a 5/5, as well. 😂😵💫
I bought a chair for from "Casagear". I received an e-mailed order confirmation, and that I should download "shopify" to track the order. The confirmation email displayed 3 brands: 1) Casagear; 2) Benzara; 3) The Urban Port. If you click on any of the three, you're only redirected to the Casagear website. (I typed "The Urban Port" into Google and found their Facebook page: it looks like "The Urban Port" might be a collection within "Casagear"). When I acquired the tracking number (by asking on their live assistant chat, no actual email was sent – which is strange, deviates from the norm), they said the chair had been shipped thru Amazon, instead. I went to Amazon Shipping with the tracking number, and it confirmed my order from a fourth company called "Manhattan Lane". I googled "Manhattan Lane" and it redirected me to "Benzara Inc", as above. I also found that the official Better Business Bureau declared "Manhattan Lane" to NOT be BBB accredited, make of that what you will. I was also able to find the official Banzara LinkedIn, and that official website is linked (surprisingly a different webpage than "Casagear"). It says the following: "Benzara Inc. is a leading US wholesaler and importer of a wide variety of home decor and furniture... [We] maintain a distribution facility in Southern California with a primary focus on the dropship model." No wonder why the shipping information is so confusing and the quality of the product arrival per reviews are so inconsistent. It appears as though they dont hold any inventory, and the vendors are entrusted to personally package the product. I've seen pictures of products arriving in pristine condition and other pictures of items arriving completely damaged and irreparable. In conclusion, and as a personal aside, its confusing how all these companies are one in the same yet you cant find consistency thru their websites or advertisements. You'd think that all four are individual companies, but they're not. And I guess due to their drop ship model, automatic emails with tracking info dont send? You have to ask on their live chat yourself? Super confusing. But at least I have a nice...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of shopping with Casagear, and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience! From start to finish, they made the process seamless and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through their wide selection of stylish and high-quality pieces that fit my budget perfectly.
The delivery was prompt and efficient, and the furniture arrived in pristine condition. I was especially impressed with how well the items were packaged, ensuring no damage during transit. The craftsmanship of the furniture itself exceeded my expectations — everything is sturdy, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable.
I also appreciated how easy it was to track my order and communicate with their customer service team, who were friendly and responsive. Whether you're furnishing a new home or just looking to update a room, I highly recommend Casagear. Their exceptional products and outstanding service have earned my trust, and I'll definitely be returning for...
Read moreBeware of the return policy. The customer is expected to foot the entire shipping bill for returns. I learned this the hard way as I had to return barstools I ordered and live on the east coast. I had to pay over $800 in shipping to send the items back, then I was charged over $200 in shipping again for the replacement items. While the cost of the product is good for the quality and I am ultimately happy with the products I received, the return policy alone would make me not shop here again. When I asked multiple times if Casagear would refund me the new shipping cost, given large cost I had to pay to return the items they refused. (I called and sent multiple emails to their support thread) They did refund me part of my initial shipping cost of $179, but I am now out over $1000 purely for shipping, which far exceeded the cost items I bought. This is a simple fix for them to create return labels for customers through their shipping account, as any other furniture...
