my worst experience buying patio furniture, I bought in December 2019 and we are just in August, I bought a dining set for my terrace, and in April one of the chairs the fabric broke and the table loses its color, I call to claim the insurance that I bought the day I made the purchase of the patio set and they gave me the appointment for August, they call week later that the technician was to my house to check patio set and they called me to tell me that the damage to the furniture is not covered by the insurance, the day I buy the The seller explained to me that the insurance covered any damage or accident. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I purchased outdoor furniture mid July 2019 and a month later the “Outdoor” furniture was damaged. Apparently they sell “outdoor” furniture that does not withstand Florida weather. Material is not appropriate for outdoor use. Do not purchase anything with teak as it will not last. Do not purchase their protection package. I cannot say enough to deter anyone from this store. The manager Keisha is not someone you can reason with. She is fast to refer one to the small print on the contract. I understand being in Florida the weather is a factor but these furniture pieces (chaises/chairs) did not make it past 30 days after purchase before they showed stains.
