I have been to this particular AR Workshop so many times that I feel that the staff are more friends and family of mine than anything else. Not only have I had team building events here with 20+ people, brought my nearest and dearest friends from out-of-town for a girls’ weekend but I also come here often, either with my daughters or even alone, just to create and unwind in fellowship with people from the community looking to make moments of our own. I would not suggest having a child's birthday party here! We had my daughter's 9th birthday party here and were made to feel like an annoyance when we arrived! Also, the staff was rude to the children when instructing them on the steps. They never once even said "happy birthday". I tried to contact management via email related to this and they apologized and said if I need anything just call. When I called, they never returned my call!! Love this place - I did the chunky hand knitting blanket workshop and the pumpkin knit workshop a few days later, both were super fun and the instructors make directions super easy and fun to follow. They have all the materials needed and included, worth every penny!
