I am someone who grew up in Brooklyn New York , a place that is full of kosher supermarkets. I once needed to go to Pittsburgh . Although the Jewish population is nowhere the size of new York. And the size those who only eat kosher is even smaller. And also being far away from other sizable Jewish communities. I was blown away from the amount of kosher products for even the most stringent kosher consumers available.
