Goodwill of Orange County — Attraction in Placentia

So I have never been here before however I went in looking for a laptop charger. There was a black lady working in there and she continued to stare me down. I ignored. Thinking she probably is having a bad day. When I went to leave my debit was declined for $59.00. When I asked if I could have 10 minutes to check out my balance and why it was declined she rolled her eyes. I was actually surprised at her level of sheer irritation and complete rudeness. I quickly tell her I can run outside and grab cash from my husband then she turns around tells her boss I need to run outside then she comes around the corner and proceeds to look in my purse. Seeing only my property was in my bag. She takes her rude ass back to the other side asking out loud if it was their property. I said NO. This is my property. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in a store. I will not be back to pay for that stuff. She can shove it. She just lost 59.00 she could have made for the company. Because of her poor customer service she is costing the company!!!! WAY TO...

I’m assuming the prices are super high because of the area, also assuming that these high prices have something to do with most of these clothes being of insanely awesome value and quality. SO MANY PLEASER and DEMONIA shoes / platforms in perfect condition for between $14 - $25, any of my other gogo dancers out there will know these shoes are usually at least $100-$150, good resell opportunity there. ( I noticed the pleasers are either really small or really big , saw mostly sizes5-7 or sizes 10-12) TONS of high quality (but also higher priced than any other goodwill I’ve been to.) last minute Halloween costumes (but also noticed any normal dress or item that happened to be a Halloween color like orange green purple but was a normal like shirt etc got marked up by 50% and a Halloween sticker on the tag..lame) THANK GOD Most of what I purchased was on a 50% off sale, most of the clothing seemed to be like this but not sure...

Would not recommend anyone to donate here. This past week I had a lot of clothes to donate and went to this place for the first time ever. I grabbed a bag of clothes and walk to their door and a lady came out and told me they don't take donations there and to go to the back of the store (all of this in a very rude attitude and screaming). All I said was "okay, thank you " and went to the back. I parked and walked to my trunk and a guy working there just walked to my trunk and started grabbing the donations without even saying a word or asking anything, he even grabbed a container that I was not donating and take ir straight to his pallet. I just decided to not say anything about it and just drive away from this place. They treat you like they are doing you a favor when is the other way around. SO RUDE AND NO...
