Millwest Amish Furniture — Attraction in Plain City

First I want to say that I have written a review or two about the Miller’s Amish Furniture store in Pataskala Ohio. Beautiful show room, great selection , friendly staff and you won’t find better quality furniture anywhere. I purchased my first piece, a curio cabinet back in 1995 in the Loudenville store. My wife and I have just added an addition to the house and had purchased an entertainment center about 15 years ago for our family room. At that time we only had room for two of the three pieces of the entertainment center, fast forward to 2022, we started to plan the expansion of the house and thought it would be great to add the third piece of the entertainment center. Went to Miller’s in Pataskala talked with our regular salesperson Don Gullatta about what our plans were. Don started looking into the entertainment pieces we had and found that the craftsman that had originally made our center had retired and the piece was no longer available. Mr. Gullatta didn’t stop there he started doing some research of other Amish furniture craftsman and found a gentleman in Millersburg Ohio that was willing to try and duplicate the third piece to complete the set. Well we had the piece delivered this past Friday and it’s an identical match to our original piece. Don Gullatta went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The quality is amazing, and we will enjoy for many years to come and my kids are already calling dibs on all the pieces of other Amish Oak furniture that fills our home. Miller/Millwest is just about the finest furniture store that I have ever dealt with. I look for furniture that will stand up to use and last. That has been my experience in the past and I know it will be the same going forward. And the delivery process is second to none. Simply stated, you do what you say and you deliver it when you say. The men who deliver are on time, clean and very courteous. I just cannot say enough. Recently I made a purchase from a different store (something that Millwest does not carry) and was told that deli could only be scheduled sometime after 8:00 AM. At 5:00 PM, I called, asking when delivery would be. I was told that my purchase didn’t even make it to the truck . Oops, sorry….. I have total confidence that this would never happen...
