JFK Electronics & Wireless — Attraction in Plainfield

I went to this store after seeing a bunch of marketplace ads while i was searching for a new iPhone. I was not disappointed! A small storefront packed with amazing items, the owners are so sweet and put up with my hundreds of questions! I purchased a phone for an amazing price! They gave me a one week warranty. I had one small issue with the phone (nothing that could have been prevented) so I brought it back the next day. They swapped it out for an even better phone at no extra cost! I brought my sister and she was so impressed with the customer service and the prices that she bought my nephew a phone right then and there (happy early christmas little man lol). I will definitely be going back here for anything I need that they carry! And the owner now knows what I am in the market for and keeps me in mind. Especially in this economy, shopping small and local is so important and I am happy to give them...

I called ahead of time and told them I was coming in which they could have specifically said that they were going to close at 8pm but they didn't all they said was okay over the phone. So I Came in at 7:45pm on a Tuesday just for them to tell me that they close at 8pm. The two biggest issues is why didn't you tell me that you were closing at 8 today when I had called you prior to me showing up, and why does Google say that you close at 9 which means your company is lying... So my time was wasted due to your lack of communication. they are liars because I went in there with a broke phone and they told me they wouldn't do it because the store was closing. They are trying to say maybe it was a different store and no it was definitely the store in East front St there was a female worker and male worker in the store at...

Tonight I went there with a phone in mind which, unfortunately sold before I got there… It’s understandable since the Iphone 12 Pro Max is selling like crazy now days…. Massood and his father showed a lot of empathy, offered a discount in the Iphone 13 Pro, and even gave us some candy…. They’re both great!

I’m not gonna lie… At first, I was mad because the phone sold right before I got there. This made me not realize that I was talking to a pair of people who still showed empathy towards someone else’s troubles and I hate that!

I got a brand new iPhone 13 pro at a discounted price and had a terrific interaction with two wonderful people and I feel like I didn’t thank them enough…...
