I appreciated that they took me as a walk-in but I should have asked for the price in advance. I didn’t expect to pay $156 for covering my grays. That’s the most I’ve ever spent at any salon for this same exact service. The guy didn’t speak English so after washing my hair he blow dried and straightened it without asking me. I figured a blow dry was probably included in the service since he didn’t ask. Then I got to the counter and my total was $156!! I figured okay fine, since the salon was empty I thought maybe they need to pay their rent for today or something, no problem. But TWO days later and my hair was white again!! I had to go on vacation with gray hairs when usually going to a salon gives me 1+ month of gray coverage. I should have just used my $8 box dye which would have lasted much longer. Honestly if the dye actually covered my grays for longer than two days I would not have left a negative review. But for $156 this is unacceptable. I always use color-safe shampoo so it’s not because of my shampoo. It’s because of the quality of hair dye they use here. Please charge based on the quality...

I have always came to this salon because it usually provides good service....BUT TODAY!!!!! today on my WEDDING DAY they screwed up my appointment. I called a week ago to make my appointment for 8AM!!! I am in on time the girl doesn’t get in until 8:10 first off and then states that she has me down for 2PM!!!!!!! How in the heck would I be in at 8 am if I supposedly made my appointment for 2pm??? I am extremely upset only because no other place will be able to do my hair at the last minute and all because the person who was supposed to do my hair had ONLY sticky notes on the mirror for her appointments and apparently...
