I have never met a person so full of himself. Meet Giovanni... In his mind he is the Maestro of hair. I was searching for a John Amico hair care salon distributor. I found this one and needed to wait for an opening. I went a couple times and finally fired this clown Giovanni with my last visit in March 2023. He is rude, doesn't greet you, doesn't listen and has an undertone like he's doing you a favor. His haircuts were average, and color was overpriced. After he was finished, he said. "You will never find a stylist as good as me" What a joke. He tried to charge me twice for coloring my hair piece after he did it wrong the first time. Then after the haircut, he would stand there staring after I paid my bill waiting for his tip. (Money-grubber) The real shocker is, he was openly racist while talking about himself. I was a new client, and he didn't know me at all but felt he needed to share that he has house rentals on the side and only rents to older WHITE people. Read moreI've been going here since March and have been pleased. My last appointment was an epic fail as both a cut and color. My hair was damaged, the wave is gone and now there is nothing that can disguise the poor cut. It's been weeks now of wearing a hat. I've gone back to the salon to fix it but was assured that Victoria is "Sorry that I felt that she did something wrong but...she didn't". Everyone can have bad days, it's how you respond to your customers that can keep them with you or chase them away.. The hair should have been hydrated in an attempt to reverse the damage or a refund offered. What should not be done is accusing your client of not knowing her own hair.amaged by the procedure and fried...the wave was...

I've looked through my entire book for 2015 and do not have you in my system. If this is an oversight by me, I apologize. I would love the opportunity to rectify the situation, though. I just wish I knew, either your real name, or the actual date you were allegedly in my chair. I am not, nor will I ever claim to be perfect. When I make a mistake, I always fix it. Any of my long time customers can attest to that. If you are, bored at home and this is a fake review, then keep on keepin on with your life and all I have to say is that I feel...
