I was planning a wine tour for my birthday which this place offered everything I wanted and needed. My sales rep whose name is Betty was the absolute worse. Her communication was terrible. When it came time for me to pay the deposit Betty did not answer my emails at all. That was until I called and spoke to someone else about the situation. Pat was so sweet for our quick drive back to our Airbnb from the venue.
