Burger King — Restaurant in Bristol

I have been a BK customer for years and i have to say this was the WORST experience i have ever had at any fast food restaurant. It started with the greeting "Yes, what you want"...I'm sorry but i am used to "Welcome to Burger King can i take your order" or something to that effect. I asked for a large cocoa cola with my order and was told "We ain't got not coke" but found out later that the machine was broken, hence the reason you have no soda's. I got to the drive through window and made the payment with my debit card and did what i Always do, i asked for a receipt...why? Because i ALWAYS give reviews when i go out and quite frankly it's my right to do so! I didn't get any condiments or napkins so i had to ask for that. I happened to glance down at my receipt and the cost was different from what i had in my roughly calculated...so i waited for this guy to come back to the window and asked about the receipt and i guess that is where i went wrong because i should not question my receipt?!.....ummmmm.... wrong-O...last i checked it was my right to ask for an explanation of my bill no? Did it stop there? Oh it got worst as he started to use profanity at me over the intercom when i went back to look at the 1&more menu! Profanity at a customer? Never in my life have i ever been disrespected like that. So it prompted me to go into the store and ask for a manager. I saw the employee and asked for his name and he told me in front of his manager that he has no name and asked if i see a name tag. All while, he (employee) continued to use profanity in front of the other customers and the store manager. I asked the manager of this BK for the General Manager's contact info and was given a number that is out if service. I have since taken the survey and given feedback and i am waiting for a followup call. Oh, and this all happened while my 15 year old daughter was in the car and also in the store with me and i have it all on video!. I will NEVER visit this location again if they do not make some changes and that starts with customer service 101...absolutely disappointed and on top of that my food was COLD!.... SMH...14 years i have lived in this town and have always been happy with BK service....i have a choice because McDonald's and wendy's is on...

Just came back and normally they arent bad, but this experience was so bad all around i had to one star it: It started off with Katie taking my order at the drive thru very unenthusiasticly and almost rushing me to the point of telling me my total and to pull around when i hadn't finished yet. When i pulled around i asked for my reciept (with the intention of putting this as a survey since they arent always this bad) and Katie said that the machine was broken but i would get a reciept with my order. How is that i got my reciept with my order, but couldnt be given a reciept because "the machine is broken"? Of course the reciept i was given was torn off above the survey code so i could not complete the survey. Food wise: my chicken parm sandwiches were gone and i was instead given regular chicken sandwiches, the new pulled pork sandwich was hard around the edges and very soggy and the fries and mozzarella sticks tasted as though they had been sitting out for awhile. I am very disappointed about this entire experience and i will not be returning for...

When I have a friend visit from out of town, I also will drive them around Terryville so they can get a first person eyeful of the terrible mediocrity and palpable air of reluctant complacency and !$!%#! redneck pickup #&!%@^' truck @#^! ego circle *@$! of the lower middle class. So, naturally, dinner will be served at the Bristol Burger King; it never dissapoints to be both a dinner and a show. We go through the drivethough, and then park the car to eat so we are facing the entrance from about 60 feet back. This is when the fun begins. I point out the numerous subtle and not-so subtle drug transactions that go on in the parking lot. And then I like to narrate their voices in a comical way, "Is that another one? okay okay my turn, 'Why hello there good sir, I have delivered your meal to this sidewalk after adding drugs to the bag! Now, start walking away and then drop the money by accident, I will rush to help you pick it up as it blows in the wind, and then walk away with all of it, and no one will...
