Well, I had a honor to be served by the owner of the restaurant. First the restaurant looks like you are in the depot, to go boxes every room and on the middle table. He give me the table, than from that middle table where the to go boxes are, he has also the water the glasses of water filled with water and a straw in the glass. He offered me with out even asking me if I want water, left the menu, napkin and silverware. After 5 minutes he come back to get the order I asked few questions about menu then I asked to have a fresh glass with water and ice, unopened straw. He laughs at me and said he purred the water before I got inside the restaurant. There was 5-7 more glasses with the water with few little melted ice pieces. The restaurant was empty. Pre-covid they had great hibachi & suchi. I ordered takeout on Mother's day and not only was my order shorted, but the meals were not up to the standard I had expected after eating at this restaurant for years pre-covid. The hibachi fried rice had no vegetables other than onion, the vegetables that did come with the meals were practically raw, and their was a distinct lack of the usual seasonig that makes hibachi so tasty.

Initially they refused to refund me for the missing item. The person on the phone only wanted to offer me store credit despite the fact that I was not there and had no intention on driving back this evening to pickup a credit. It wasn't until I made it clear that I wanted a refund for the missing item or I would file a claim with visa and a compliant with their credit card processing company that a credit was posted for the...
