Next to Pet Supplies Plus is definitely a hidden gem and one of the top 3 most talked about delis in Bristol. Was in the area and used a few recommendations on the social media page; Bristol Talks to decide to try here for lunch. I wanted a grinder/hoagie but couldn’t decide what type of meat..then saw the infamous “Noah’s Ark” which is a monstrosity of its own. Loaded up with Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef, and a chicken cutlet plus all the fixings..whoa…all that for $13!!!! Soft bread, and did I mention loaded up? This isn’t your local sub shop..they make anything and everything. I went exactly at noon and had no issues finding a parking spot. It is handicap accessible and they do have tables inside for those that want to eat there. They do have a bakery as well with plenty of dessert options. On a 1-5…4.5 and on a 1-10…9.6. Only taking off a couple ticks because even though they did find it…it has the option online to put your name for the order and put Hollywood..as I’m starting to get noticed when I go to places for reviews. It took them a hot minute to find it and even when handing it off, kid said let us know how it is..well, here ya go..and it’s phenomenal. Will definitely be returning.

Wanted lunch while my car was getting serviced. The cafe staff is nice and efficient. The place is simple but cozy. I’m not a wrap person but so glad to have gone with the staffs recommendation of The Bear wrap. Just a hint of spicy with the Sriracha. Very fresh ingredients with crunchy veggies and crispy fried chicken cutlets. The sauce is refreshing and not overpowering. They also have other fresh food options in addition to sandwiches and wraps. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back. Update in 2025: Back when I brought my car back for service. Ordered breakfast this time. Also went with the staffs recommendation - the chicken or the egg sandwich this time for only $6. The bread is fresh. The chicken breast is lightly breaded but also somehow so crunchy. He even gave me a special sriracha sauce that went perfectly with the sandwich. The staff was so friendly and responsive I felt very taken care of. The price and quality of food are both amazing. I wish this place was closer to my home. I could eat here everyday.

Decided to give this place a try, ordered 2 deli sandwiches and some chips on the website for quick pick up. Got there after my order was supposed to be ready and it wasn't even made yet (understandable if they're busy) but there was only 2 people in line and 4 people on shift. Waited about 10mins for my food to come out. Only saving grace was the cool cashier who hooked me up with extra chips for the wait. We got home excited to enjoy the food, was instantly let down. Sandwiches were sloppily thrown together, bland steak, soggy bread, the driest thinnest chicken cutlet ive ever seen, got multiple items wrong ( I ordered cappicola and got some strange meat that was not cappicola) that had obviously spoiled (tasted like the underside of a barnyard) they also fail to mention that the "mozzarella" isn't deli slices it's litterally rubber sprinkle cheese from a bag. Save your money and avoid this place. Will not be coming back.

In a hurry? Tired and want something other than fast food? This place is amazing! Finally homemade food on the go. After driving an hour home, I wanted something I could just pop in the oven while I got changed and everyone arrived. This eatery has a hot counter with different offerings daily, sides and entrees ready to eat no heating up. For example, today they had stuffed pork tenderloin, side offerings of mac n cheese or rice with roasted asparagus. They have a cooler with dinners all set, pre cooked, ready to be placed in the oven to warm up. Heating directions are printed on the label, they are easy. (325 for 25 minutes and cover in tin foil) In that same cooler by the counter they have the most tempting, delicious, decadent deserts! Huge cupcakes, cookies, and a variety of cake slices. Now if you are a planner, I am, while I was there I stroled down to the coolers at the end of the room, where to my delight they have more different selections of entrees, soups, and sides frozen ready to take home. Just follow the directions on the package. (Most are defrost then bake) But they are all homemade. I just placed the frozen entrée in the fridge when i got home and it was ready to be placed in the oven when i got home the next day. And incase you are looking for a light side option they have freshly made garden salads in the cooler next to the frozen one. They were fresh and just a plain garden salad but perfect. Oh and did I mention they make sandwiches there also? It's a busy person's dream. A tasty, wonderful dream come true. To round it out the staff is friendly and helpful. Great job everyone!!...

I have been a loyal customer of Cravings for over three years, but after my most recent experience, I will not be returning.

I placed an order for two of their "house sandwiches", which are supposed to include chicken cutlet and prosciutto. When I got home and opened the sandwiches, I was shocked to find that they contained no chicken cutlet at all — the main ingredient. When I called the restaurant, I was brushed off with a dismissive response rather than any attempt to correct the mistake or improve the situation.

I asked to speak with the manager, Corey, who was not only unhelpful but extremely rude. Instead of apologizing, he demanded that I return to the restaurant immediately with the sandwiches to prove their mistake. When I arrived, Corey spent 10 minutes fiddling with the computer before finally refunding me for the two incorrect sandwiches.

I also explained that the third sandwich we had ordered — a simple ham sandwich on a hard roll with mayo — was charged at $10 but contained only two slices of ham. Because I didn’t bring that one back in, Corey refused to address it, despite the clear overcharge.

This entire experience was deeply disappointing. The sandwiches are already overpriced for what they are, but I tolerated that in the past because it was a convenient lunch option. However, the poor quality, lack of accountability, and the rudeness of the management have completely lost me as a customer.

After three years of frequenting Cravings, I can say with certainty: this was the worst service I have ever received, and I will...
