Robbins Jewelry and Pawn LLC — Attraction in Plant City

My normal jeweler was broken into and wasn’t able to help me getting my sons birthday gift cleaned. He referred Jimmy and his sister to take care of my needs. I walked in and was greeted with some plant city southern charm. During these difficult times it’s a breath of fresh air to have some honest people who want to help. They helped me get my sons gift looking brand new and didn’t charge me. Said it was on the house and I never met them before. I wanted to pay something and said next time. I was looking for a charm for a necklace and needed it ASAP. They didn’t try and sale me something I didn’t need. Went to another jewelry store to get what I needed. They had the charm I needed but didn’t have a jeweler who could put the correct clasp on. Same day I knew Jimmy was the person I needed to see. Went back to see Jimmy and he remembered me being there earlier and said back so quick. I laughed and said Yes sir. He took the charm and fixed it perfectly and his price was more than fair. Brittany and Cindy are by far the most kind people I have met in any jewelery/pawn shop (trust me, I went to many places before coming here, & every experience was awful!). Their expertise, knowledge, and willingness to help go ABOVE 5 STARS!!!!! Even with items of value that they couldn't buy, they, in return, gave a wonderful referral of a local watch/jewelery location. I have been to Robbins several times since, and although I've moved out of Plant City now, I'll continue to come back here (from Lakeland)! This business & and its employees are true GEMS!! I want you to know how wonderful this family business is!! I brought my brother in there to get a chain fixed. Then my brother found an incredible blue sapphire stone. Jimmy not only gave him a great discount but now he’s going to make a one of a kind ring for him!! He truly has an incredible gift of making jewelry but also the creation of a lot of designs !!
